[Simulation Cooldown - 0:23:59:15]
Hiroshi looked at the Simulation Cooldown, the timer indicated that he could do another simulation in a day, there was no way of concluding how this time was calculated, but seeing 125 days in the simulation equal to one day of cooldown time felt a little wrong. Hiroshi then walked up towards a nearby tree and started using chakra to walk up on it, he noticed that his feet were now firmly stuck to the tree as if he was standing on solid ground. Maybe even water walking would be easier now but this training ground didn't have a lake.
Feeling his improved control over chakra Hiroshi was relieved, now he felt like he had a chance to make a dent in this world filled with monsters, and maybe even try and be one himself, although he still had a long way to go.
Hiroshi spent the next couple of hours practising the rest of his skills as he tried to feel if there was some improvement in his progress speed but it felt the same to him. It didn't feel like the system was from The Gamer webcomic as the speed of his gaining stats and skill levels was not at all enhanced but maybe those special stats from the system would help.

Hiroshi was attracted to several of those attributes, with the help of simulation he could gain simulation points which could be used to upgrade these stats. There were several stats that were inherently attractive to him, like spatial awareness should directly help him with almost all aspects of fighting, along with balance coordination and reflexes.
'What I would give to have a guide to this, is there is no information available on the distinction between grades...' Hiroshi complained in his heart as he closed the interface, he knew the difference between him and the so-called geniuses. It's been two years since he graduated from the academy, he was in the class above Neji and looking at his painfully pitiful stats after two years of hardcore training Hiroshi knew where he lost the battle. It was his body and his low comprehension of chakra that has put a limit to his potential, but when he looked at his stats that have barely breached the upper limits of Genin.
'Forget it...' Hiroshi shook his head as he started walking back to the residential district, since he knew now what was causing his slow progress, Hiroshi decided to take it a little easy. His mind was now filled with how to best gain strength by using the simulation. Should he focus more on improving his taijutsu skills, maybe getting simulation points to improve his foundation would be better in the long run, multiplied benefits and whatnot...
Hiroshi slowly walked through the village and arrived at a little rundown building, initially he was assigned a room as part of the subsidy package given by the village but now he just rents an apartment from the building and planning office. His apartment was small, there was not much room for anything in the bedroom except for his bed and a small wardrobe, adding that with a compact bathroom, a very small kitchen and a main foyer/hall summed up his living space.
Okay so maybe Hiroshi resented the Aburame clan a little bit but he never felt the desire to do anything, he wasn't actually a 14-year-old kid so his mentality wasn't that bad but seeing the actions of the Aburame clan in the simulation touched his bottom line. Now that he has some confidence in his future he won't have to be so low-key anymore. Hiroshi didn't even remember the last time he hung out with anyone outside of training or missions.
'The entire timeline of Naruto from start to end happened in just 4 years, so Naruto went from a genin to a level beyond Kage in just 4 years. I wonder what his physical stats are like...'

[Simulation Cooldown - 0:00:09:41]
Hiroshi sat cross-legged in the middle of the training ground, there was no one else around to disturb his peace so he just sat down and waited for the cooldown to end, he didn't have a lot of time to strategize after last night's search mission for Naruto as he stole the Forbidden scroll.
'At least there has been no deviation in the timeline as of now... anyway let's see how much control I have over the simulation...'
Yesterday he realized that the simulation would give him a few seconds of a break before it jumps from one point to another, Hiroshi was just hoping that it would allow him to maybe try to influence his own actions in the simulation.
'Status' Hiroshi thought then he clicked once again on the Start Simulation button on his status screen.

[Random Trait Drawn: Hardworker(Blue) - Negative effects of exhaustion and over-training are reduced by 75%.]
[Simulation Starts]
-------------------------------
'That's a good trait... How can I get a rating greater than B?' Hiroshi thought as the familiar simulation log appeared in front of him.
[Day 1: You are a firm believer in hard work, throughout your life, you have had to work harder than everyone your age to get the same results as everyone else but lately it seems like your efforts are paying off, you continue to practice diligently throughout the day and your STR and AGI both increase by a point. In the evening you received a summon from the Reserve squad Captain so you quickly reported for a border patrol mission.]
Seeing the point Increase in his STR and AGI, Hiroshi was surprised so he quickly tried to think that he wanted to buy some weights to practice and increase the burden on his limbs and maybe gain some stats.
[Day 2: You leave Konoha and started travelling with a squad of 4 under a chunin for a border patrol mission to the outpost in the Kōchiyo Village. You bought a pair of weights made of a metal that was refined by chakra so it was 10 times heavier than normal Iron, you start with 10 Kg on both your legs so you start to lag behind the group but you use chakra to supplement your limbs and quickly catch up.]
'It worked' Hiroshi was delighted as he looked at the next log to see if anything changed.
[Day 4: You could feel the exhaustion in your muscles as they go near breaking point so you seal the weights in a scroll and continue the rest of your journey without the added weights on your legs. Through the last 2 days, you gain 2 points in AGI and 1 Point in Str.]
[Day 6: After 4 days of travel you arrive at Kōchiyo Village and report to the stationed Chunin. Your Chunin squad leader goes to deal with the handover procedures you quickly patrol around the area to find a nice spot for training and go back to 10kg on each leg.]
[Day 20: In the last 14 days you have made rapid progress, with your AGI gaining a whole 12 points, with STR and VIT gaining approximately 9 and 5 points each. Knowing that someone would attack the gambling den, you traded your shift with you Ren for the day in exchange for his patrols for the next 2 days. Surprisingly nothing happens and Ren happily reminded you to handle his patrol shifts for the next two days.]
'Wait what? What happened, how could something like this change...' Hiroshi was surprised at the sudden change as his eyes narrowed in suspicion, it didn't seem like a coincidence.
[Day 22: Seeing the future change you stay sharp on your next shift. You seal your weights and during your next shift, you heard a rumour that something happened in the gambling den. Knowing that your injuries were likely a targeted attack, you ignore these rumours and continue to patrol the village away from the gambling den.]
'It's the Aburame clan, isn't it... weren't they supposed to be the logical type, why the hell are they trying to kill me?' Hiroshi thought as he tried to influence his actions in the simulation.
[Day 23: You were reprimanded by your team lead for not following up on the rumour, but you escape any punishment by pointing out that it could have been a diversion so you followed on your designated patrol path.]
[Day 30: The last week was tense as you were super vigilant, you even reduce your training efficiency to remain in peak condition. Your sour muscles relax and strengthen as unexpectedly a squad of Chunin arrive to replace your team. Your mission according to the team leader was 3 months long but unexpectedly everyone was recalled to the village and the replacement team was sent.]
'Something is definitely wrong with this mission, I may need to leave the team today before the Taro assigns me to the team in the evening...'
[Day 34: Your team hurried back to Konoha before your team leader said that it was a family emergency but you can guess that he was lying. Still, you were relieved to be back in Konoha and you report to the administration office and take the name of the active reserve team 34 under Chunin Tora. Now that you are back in Konoha, you up your leg weights to 15Kg and go to training ground 21 to practice.]
'Alright I should have enough money to last a while, maybe I should go on a training spree till the chunin exam.'
[Day 60: It's been 25 days since your training montage and your AGI has increased to 62, your STR to 58, and your VIT to 42. Your physical body has broken through the limits of a genin and both your strength and speed have increased to the level of a low chunin. Unfortunately, your reflexes are not up to par making you a little weaker than other green chunins.]
'wow... that trait is awesome, how can I get a rating greater than B, it would be so much easier if I could gain stats using the weight training method in reality...'
[Day 90: You diligently focused on working on your physical body but you notice that your gains have started to trickle down, and your STR and AGI have barely broken through the 70s. During this time you notice foreign shinobi passing through the village so you quickly go to the administration office to apply for the chunin exams.]
[Day 95: You teamed up with your former squadmate Ren and Mitsuru to take part in the chunin exams, knowing the plot you warm them beforehand that the invigilator of the exam is a famous person from the T&I department known for playing mind games. So no matter what happens you should not quit the exam as he is famous for his tricky exams. Under the curious gaze of your squadmates your team passes the first round of the chunin exams.]
[Day 96: You died.]
-------------------------------
'wait what the fuck happened? what do you mean I died suddenly, did Orochimaru get me or what? what the fuck happened?' Hiroshi panicked as he stood frozen on the spot looking at the log in front of him with confusion, but the screen cleared itself not giving an answer and another screen appeared in front of Hiroshi.
