Capítulo 120: Ripples
Surrounding two massive doors several thousand meters tall and imposing releasing the aura of what one would imagine doors to the residence of a god would be like were countless figures that were no different than ants due to the size difference.
Covering the bright light originating from the green sun created from the condensation of life energy that hung in the skies were multiple newly appearing ships that traveled through the skies.
These ships soon came to a halt and the influential figures who were located on the decks of each of these ships leisurely flew out and into the crowd of figures that surrounded the massive door.
As if dodging a plague, the beings located in the crowd quickly moved away, opening a path for the groups who exited the ship.
So moments after appearing, one can see a few groups of people who were adorned in extremely luxurious clothing and ornaments standing in the skies in front of what would seem to be an endlessly large wall which was two mystical and peculiar doors.
With his hands clasped behind his back and his long golden hair fluttering in the wind, the Godly Jade Emperor frowned. Behind him consisted only of people of his empire.
As his piercing amber eyes landed on the veiled woman that led another group nearby, they released a gleaming light as he asked, "Those people from the Limitless Sky Sect... What are they doing?"
"This is why no one likes you. Patience is something you don't have at all." The veiled white-haired woman retorted. As the leader of the Soulless Sword Sect who had a friendly relationship with the Limitless Sky Sect, she wouldn't miss a chance to bite at the Godly Jade Emperor.
Humph!
Snorting coldly, the Godly Jade Emperor was about to respond but before he could, a voice entered their surroundings.
"The Soulless Sword Leader is correct, someone like you would have died early if not for the protection of the previous Godly Jade Emperor!" Astral's voice resounded throughout.
Those who heard it included the whole crowd of people and the influential figures from the Heavenly Celestial Sect, Soulless Sword Sect, and Godly Jade Empire as only the people from the Godly Jade Empire had faces that turned red from rage due to the disrespect shown to their emperor.
Boom!
An explosion occurred as another massive ship appeared. Several figures then appeared soon after, in front of the crowd and closest to the doors. Now present there were all of the pinnacle forces except the Heavenly Demon Sect but...
Rumble!
Even though they weren't present, the doors of the Holy Lands that only opened only after the truest geniuses of the world gathered still trembled, beginning to open even though the geniuses from the Heavenly Demon Sect weren't present.
"Oh, it seems like the Heavenly Demon Sect's fall is only a matter of time." The Soulless Sword Leader commented upon seeing this.
Astral nodded as a bright light appeared between the newly opening doors, a light so bright that instantly, it blinded all present...
From cultivators not yet famous to those such as Blade and even the more powerful beings like Astral, the Heavenly Celestial, Godly Jade Emperor, and the Soulless Sword Leader... everyone was momentarily blinded!
After a few moments, Astral's eyesight returned. In his vision were the clear blue skies. A slight frown was present as he thought... 'Should I have accepted it?'
As his vision was blurred, all under the age of 150 years received a suction force that was powerful but wasn't powerful enough that they couldn't resist. Being a cautious person, Astral refused the pulling sensation with the intention of not entering the Holy Lands...
But now, Astral's heart pounded with an unknown feeling. Casually shifting his gaze, the doors of the holy lands weren't present. Only the three other groups, along with the massive crowd of individuals that desired for their disciples to enter the Holy Lands remained.
"Oh, are you regretting not entering? I heard that you could be considered of this generation, it seems that it's true... If you're worrying about your two little disciples, don't because my children have long promised to take care of them. Especially that Blade Pure-Heart..."
The amber eyes of the emperor seemed to have been lit aflame. His tall and imposing aura gave one a sense of trepidation and Astral's expression only darkened even more. It was as if he was truly feeling threatened by the Godly Jade Emperor's words.
"What's wrong?" The Sect Leader of the Limitless Sky Sect asked in a confused tone. A moment back, only Astral's expression was frowning but now, it was also the other two overseers, along with the overseers of the other forces and the Godly Jade Emperor along with the figures next to him.
"Do you also sense it...?" Though there was less than half of the figures from the crowd remaining, those that remained in hopes to see some interesting action between the pinnacle forces of this world, well at least the more powerful ones also frowned.
The Soulless Sword Leader asked. Her sharp and cold voice entered Astral's ears as he nodded his head and replied. "Since the disappearance of the doors of the Holy Lands, I've sensed it. At first, I thought that it was simply me, but it seems that my senses are correct..."
"A year or so ago there were ripples in the void above my Heavenly Celestial Sect but, before we even had a chance to investigate, the ripples disappeared. By the time I and the overseers appeared in the skies, the void crack disappeared but, I was able to capture sight of a few figures entering!"
The azure eyes of the Heavenly Celestial met with Astral's black eyes. By now, they were grouped and placed aside their differences as even the Godly Jade Emperor discussed whatever was taking place which had them all soo serious.
They even overlooked the fact that the other strong figures that didn't have any background had also come and clustered around them, awaiting their next move.
"But at that time, there wasn't this feeling, right?" The Godly Jade Emperor asked with a grave expression as his golden orbs released their radiance.
"Of course not. If such a sensation was present at that time, surely you all would have sensed it too..." The Heavenly Celestial replied. Astral followed up, saying...
"Well, it doesn't make sense to simply wait and see what would happen." The sensation coursing through his body made his soul secretly tremble. For some reason, he Astral felt a tinge of fear for the first time in one hundred years...
What he desired right now was to simply get rid of whatever this possible threat was. He was cautious, but if there was a threat, he was someone to get rid of it from the roots. In other words, when need be, he was incredibly ruthless.
'In those fictions in my last life, not bothering when sensing something amiss usually leads to this thing growing into a massive threat that might even kill one of the main cast.
Since entering this world, I've already concluded that fate and destiny move similarly to those fictional stories and that my disciples might be part of the main characters.
As their master, I also have a boundless destiny or, due to one of the main characters falling out with me, this might be the reason for my death... But, who am I? Astral fucking Fabel and a transmigrator...
As a transmigrator, I understand the workings of the plot.
Instead of waiting for this threat to come and seriously injure me and in Blade's arms, he forgives me, allowing me to redeem myself but end up dying, I much rather remain on his bad side but stay alive!'

"If it is related to the void crack, most likely, the beings who you saw entering it have exited and is probably even more deadly than before they entered which is troublesome since they reacted even faster than a Mortal Transcendent such as yourself..." Astral continued.
"It's best if we deal with them now! The chances that wherever that void led to being filled with danger is very high. But, just as much danger, there must also be a very high amount of rewards for such danger...
At this moment, they must be seriously injured but if we leave them to heal, they'll probably be a massive threat to us." Astral's expressions were truly dark and so too were the expressions of all those who heard it.
No one dared to not take his words seriously. After all, Astral's status wasn't simple even amongst the people with an influential status in this world as he was directly related to the force that stood behind the Limitless Sky Sect... A force with a deep foothold in the ancient universe.

Standing in the skies, two figures respectfully stood behind a third. Like Astral stated, these figures were riddled with wounds. Yet, unlike the two standing behind, the one in the lead was perfectly fine as even her clothing seemed brand new.
She had long white hair and a pair of crystal blue eyes. Even with a pair of otherworldly beautiful eyes, a gas mask covering her features, and dressed in all black, coupled with her overbearing aura she was nothing short of downright scary.
It was she who was the cause of the void crack's reopening and also the cause of ripples being sent throughout the world that was felt by all the powerful powers, giving them a proper scare.
"It's good to be back... But this world is as filthy as I remembered. This amount of Death Energy contaminating the Life Energy, I Asmodeus will get rid of it..."
