Capítulo 149: Eggs

Rody heard a groan coming from the direction where Anurag had just gone. He found it confusing at first. He didn't understand why Anurag would have to groan like that. And they had already made sure that there weren't any other Deathless around except the Roach. At least in this part of the supermarket. And yet he was sure he heard something.

Realization kicked in so slowly that he wanted to punch himself. "Tasha, come with me. Hurry." He said and raced off towards the last aisle which had Varun's dead body. Only now, Rody was no longer positive that his body had remained dead.

A confused Tasha blurted out incomprehensible words before eventually following him to the aisle. The light from both phones she held in her hands illuminated the entire lane. Rody found Anurag standing face to face with an undead Varun. Behind him, he heard Tasha gasp in shock. She muttered something under her breath which Rody didn't care enough to listen.
