Capítulo 146: Charm

While flying Demolus was about what he should do next, and after a while, he decided to learn some magic spells in Magnostadt, and master his Djinn powers while he wasn't learning about magic in this world.

Flying to Magnostadt was uneventful, there didn't seem to be any interesting places while on his way there. But after some time he could finally see a city, but he flew past it, it wasn't the city he was going for. It took him a couple more hours of flying to finally be able to see Magnostadt.

Its capital, Academy City, is a huge city which is surrounded by a huge circular wall. The buildings in the country resembling small palaces, with some of the buildings floating in the air, which can be accessed by using flying carpets. There is a huge water stream with magic tools around it distributing the water around town. There is also cultivated land, with statues resembling three pregnant women embracing their hands to the land. The statues have a magic tool that is able to use the magic of life to produce the vegetable plants surrounding the statue.

Magnostadt's territories are seen to be surrounded and protected by three strong magical barriers with the Academy City being in the center, the barriers being controlled by Matal Mogamett and his subordinates. It is possible to regenerate a broken barrier though it may take some time to do so. The source of the barrier's power is the great quantities of magoi that is perpetually created within the city.

And Demolus could just break through the barriers, but he wanted to learn magic from this place, and breaking in in a flashy manner wasn't the best way to enter. Especially if he wanted to be on friendly terms with them. Not to mention that Matal Mogamett was supposedly the strongest mage in this place, he was old, therefore he had a ton of knowledge in his head. Not to mention he had experience in magic battles too, so Demolsu decided to be friendly and if it didn't work he could always break-in, right?

Landing in front of the gate, Demolus hid his wings, and walked into the city whit confidence, when two people, one of them was dressed in black mage robes, while the other was wearing a steel armor suit.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" The mage asked with an arrogant tone of voice.

"Hmmm, I'm here to learn and compare the magic of this place to my own why?" Demolus responded with a smile, making the mage look at him with a bit more interest than before.

"Are you here to enroll in the academy?" The armored man asked.

"Hmm, partially." Demolus responded, while looking at his clothes and wondering if he should buy some from this world, too, after all, he didn't have the type of clothing people were wearing in these places.

"Partially!?" Are you mocking us?!" The mage asked angrily, one could even see his face becoming redder and redder from anger as the seconds passed by.

Demolus looked at the guy and decided to use his charm on the mage. "Look, why don't you go and chill somewhere for a couple of minutes, key?" And the moment He spoke he used his charm through his eyes making the guy do as he said.

The mage hearing the words of the strange red-haired man did as the man said and left to chill, he himself didn't even realize what he was doing. While the man in armor was looking at the situation with confusion, he didn't understand what was happening, but then he looked at the red-haired man.

"Anyway, could you lead me into the city?" Demolus asked with a smile, making the guard do as he said.

The guard led him, and Demolus walked into the city while looking around. The guard, on the other hand, snapped out of it, and returned to the gate, wondering where the mage who was with him went.

Demolus walked into the city, and started looking around, and the city itself was great. Everything looked well taken care of, and fairly modern compared to other places where he was in this world at least. But while walking around he didn't find anything of much interest, and decided to go to the academy where people were learning magic.

He just strolled right in, seeing as there were no guards for some reason but soon he found out why, it was because a fight between students was taking place, and the guarding mages went to watch. How did he know that, well he could hear the cheers of people and explosions from the strange coliseum-like structure on the academy grounds.

Demolus walked towards the said coliseum to see what was happening, he was interested to see a magic battle too. While he was doing so, a battle was taking place in the coliseum between two boys. One of them had a short, small figure, with medium-long blue hair and bangs that stopped at his eyes. He has large blue eyes, and a long, thin braid that extends down to his back.

While the other appears as a fair-skinned young man of short stature, with expressive blue eyes and unruly light blond hair. His overall appearance is amazingly similar to that of Reim's former Magi, Scheherazade: from his parted fringe and facial features, to the mole under his left eye, and even his earring, which was designed after the red grapes that adorn his mistress' headpiece.

These two were none other than Aladin(blue-haired) and Titus(light blond hair), and at the moment they were facing each other in a fight. While throwing spells at each other again, and again.

Soon Demolus found himself in the stand where people were sitting, and his unusual appearance made some students and teachers look at him. After all, everyone here was wearing a black mage robe and hat, while He was just there standing in ordinary clothes like he owned the place.
