Capítulo 144: The pure piece of soul.
After Demolus was done taking DNA samples, he looked towards the group of people that were observing him. Then he looked back at the body of Gyokuen Ren that was lying there as if asleep. But unfortunately, the body had no soul, it was just like someone being in a coma, but without any chance of waking up.
'System, what can be done with this body?' Demolus asked in his mind.
[A new soul can be created and placed inside the body. The body can be consumed for SP, or reworked to create a different one.]
'Can the original soul be returned to the body?'
[Yes the soul can be brought back, but it would require the host to have a magi on hand.]
'How would that work?'
[The host would need to place his hand on the magi's head, and the system will do everything else.]
Hearing this Demolus decided to try this out as he looked at Judar, who shivered when he saw his eyes. "Magi, come here, for a bit." Demolus said as he looked at him.
"Who do you think you are to order me around, huh?!" Judar shouted while trying not to look scared. But his trembling legs told everyone how he truly felt.
"Wait, first why don't you tell us who you are, and why you attacked someone here for no reason. And what are you planning on doing with Judar?" Kouen Ren spoke while looking at Demolus.
"Hmm, shouldn't you introduce yourself before asking who I am? Denmolus asked with an amused smile on his face. He knew more or less who Kouen Ren was, but it didn't matter to him, as he looked at him.
"I'm Kouen Ren, a Prince and currently in charge here…"He spoke while looking at Gyokuen Ren.
"Hmm, neet anyways, My name is Demolus, I will be staying here for a while, well until I master my Djinn powers at least. And do you want her back, I mean Gyokuen Ren, not Arba?" He asked the group.
"You can bring back mother?!" Hakuryuu Ren asked while looking at his mother's body, right next to where Demolus was standing.
"I don't know, but I wanted to try it out, so magi come here or I'll drag your ass here." Demolus said while looking at Judar once more.
Judar looked at Demolus and walked towards him, he held his wand in his hand, while walking towards him. He didn't hurry or say anything as everyone looked at the situation with interest. But then Hakuryuu Ren started hurrying Judar up, with words.
"Brother calm down, I know how you feel but you should stay calm. You are a prince, after all." Kouen Ren spoke while patting his shoulder.
Hakuryuu Ren closed his mouth as he looked at Judar, Demolus, and his mother. His emotions were going out of control, just a while ago he found out that his mother's body was taken over by their ancestor by the name Arba. She wanted to plunge the world into chaos, but now he heard that he could get his real mother back, his mind was filled with questions, but he stayed quiet.
The moment Judar arrived in front of Demolus, Demolus placed his hand on Judar's head. The magi didn't expect this but then he felt the energy that Demolus used to fight, he felt the true power of this man, as his eyes opened wide. 'Monster' was all Judar could say in his mind, and the smile on the red-haired man's face told him how terrifying he truly was.
Demolus asked his system to start, which made his power fluctuate a bit before his hand started with his yoki and entered Judar's head. No one knew what was happening, but then a massive amount of pure white gold rukh appeared, in the middle of the courtyard, as more and more were flying towards the mass of them. The sheer power of the system made it possible for the others to see the Rukh, which was gathering, surprising them as their eyes opened wide.
Soon the rukh started forming onto a figure of a woman, who looked identical to Gyokuen Ren but younger by at least ten years if not more. After everything was over, a golden soul made from rukh was floating in front of Demolus, as Judar collapsed onto the ground unconscious. Demolus looked at her, and smiled; it seemed to have worked.
Gyokuen Ren's soul looked around and looked at Demolus while her eyes widened In surprise. She knew what happened, she knew everything that happened here, after all, she was part of the rukh now. And the rukh was everywhere in this world, one can't see them normally, but they were always there.
Demolus looked at her and realized something that wasn't the real Gyokuen Ren. This was the pure part of her soul because his system informed the Demolus that Arba managed to devour more than half of her, corrupting most of her soul. Gyokuen Ren that was floating in front of him was just the small part of her soul that actually stayed pure, the part that loved her children, the part that cared for others more than herself. Demolus shook his head knowing that the soul of the current Gyokuen Ren wouldn't be able to even inhabit her body anymore, for she was just that weak. Demolus turned around and left, he had no need to stay here, as he let Gyokuen Ren children say their goodbyes to their mother before the soul returned to where it came from.
