Capítulo 118: Date?
After Demolus was done talking with Smith, he saw Miia all dressed up, while showing a goofy smile on her face.
"Miia, what's got you in such a good mood? Or did Kurusu do something for you?" He asked while sitting on the couch.
"Ohh...hey, I'm going on a date with darling!" Miia said while smiling happily.
"Nice, hey, I have an idea, Why don't we make it a double date!" he said while showing an innocent smile.
Demolus could see her face change in emotions, it seemed like she only wanted to go with Kurusu, and only the two of them. But to her surprise, Kurusu showed up and said, "Why not, it could be a fun experience!" Kurusu agreed with the proposal to have a double date.
"Alright, then I will go and check if any of the girls want to go!" Demolus stood up and walked towards the bedroom area.
Kurusu looked to see Miia freaking out once more, and he thought of it as normal, as he continued to get ready for the date. Soon Demolus returned while pushing a wheelchair, where Mero was sitting. "You guys ready?" Demolus asked the two.
"Let's go, but where do we go?" Kurusu asked.
"Let's go to the aquarium." Demolus suggested.
"Wha, a movie would be so much better." Miia complained.
"What are you talking about, the aquarium is the perfect date spot!" Mero said loudly with a big smile.

While entering the Aquarium, Miia and Kurusu were surprised when the staff let all four of them enter for free. And to their surprise, the staff were really respectful towards Mero, who was happily chatting with Demolus.
Soon Mero started Telling Demolus all about the fishes that they saw, and many more aquatic animals. Such as sea snakes, crabs, and many more, while the two were having fun, Demolus thought about something he hadn't tried to use yet. He walked up to one of the many fish tanks and tried using Marine Telepathy.
'Come here.' Demolus said in his mind while trying to extend his mind to the fish. And to his surprise the fishes started gathering near him, it seemed like it worked.
"How did you do that? I could hear your voice in my head?!" More excitedly looked at him with sparkling eyes.
This made him realize that he could use this to speak with mero without actually talking, and he could speak with most sea creatures. He was happy with this discovery, and he really wanted to jump into one of these big aquariums and play around. He felt like a little kid that just found a new toy.
"I actually did it? Mero, do you want to try to speak with me using only your mind?" He asked the excited mermaid.
"Let's do it! She shouted excitedly while startling the other visitors, who thought that she meant something naughty, this only made the couples who heard her blush.
While Demolus and Mero were trying to talk mentally, Kurusu was having fun with Miia. After a good amount of time, Kurusu and Miia heard an announcement of a water show, which will begin soon. The two decided to go and take a look, and what surprised the two, was seeing Mero and Demolus standing on a stage before a big pool of water where some dolphins were swimming.
"Today's dolphin show has a couple of special guests, Mis Meroune and her friend Demolus, who will perform and show you something fascinating!" The announcer said loudly while presenting the two of them.
Everyone was looking at the scene in front of them with open eyes, and it wasn't because of the show. The women, and girls looking intently at Demolus who was only wearing black shorts, one could easily see his muscles. But most women were looking at his nether region, where they could see an outline of his sleeping dragon. The females couldn't help it, most of them started rubbing their tights together, while looking at the red-haired man on stage. The men, on the other hand, were looking at their girlfriends or wives, to see them looking at the guy on stage, with googly eyes.
Demolus ignored this and smiled towards them, And this only made the female populace blush. Mero looked at this and pouted a bit, before taking his hand and pulling him into the water with her. Demolus started swimming and using Marine Telepathy, to command the dolphins, and so the show started.
Everyone was surprised to see him swim without surfacing, but they couldn't tear their eyes away from what was happening. People could see through the glass what was happening inside the big pool of water. They could see Demolus swimming and making the dolphins swim around him, after a minute they used their backs to lift him to the surface to make it look like he was standing on water. Then Mero jumped out of the water and landed in his arms in a princess carry, before diving back into the water.
As they continued to do other neat tricks, Kurusu looked with interest, while Miia got a bit chilly. She wanted to warm herself up a bit, after all, as a lamia, Miia needed an external heat source, because the lamia are cold-blooded creatures, their bodies aren't capable of producing warmth, they take it from their surroundings.
Miia looked at Kurusu who was engrossed in the performance, she decided to look around, and while she slithered she bumped into someone. The person had a lizard-like tail, but before Miia could say anything the person started speaking first.
"Oh? It's quite rare to see a young extraspecies lady. My apologies, I was spacing out somewhat." The person said while turning round to face her.
Miia was surprised to meet another extraspecies person, she assumed that the person in front of her was a lizardman, while looking at the reptilian tail coming from the backside of the person in front of her.
"It's just the air here...I lose my train of thought as soon as it starts getting cold." The person said.
"Ah! I know what you mean!" Miia said loudly.
And the two cold-blooded creatures started discussing their problems, of how they feel like hibernating when the temperature suddenly gets cold. They continued to chat about many different troubles they have to face to keep themselves warm. While the of them were talking about their problems with temperatures, Demolus, and Mero were finishing up the show.
With one last jump from the water, and a graceful landing on the stage, Demolus finished the performance. But being able to command, or communicate with the creatures of the sea, made him want to visit Mero's home even more. After finishing the performance Demolus was wet, but to his surprise, it seemed to make the girls, and women watching the show even more entranced with his appearance. Mero, on the other hand, felt that she liked when they looked at him like this, it made her feel all tingly inside.
Demolus looked at where Kurusu, and Miia was, to see Kurusu looking around searching for her. Looking at him he couldn't help but shake his head while drying the water from his body with a towel.
