After 250+ chapters, I'm back with another review update that will probably help many of you decide whether or not to read this novel. 1) The first 50 chapters may have some minor grammatical errors (nothing too big). Beyond chapter 50, I've been trying to fix as many errors as possible but there might be a few (Yes, I'm a human being too. Surprise!). 2) All my chapters are above average, i. e. 1600 words or more. (2 chapters per day = +3200 words.) 3) This novel is NOT only about the virtual world. In the future there will be a lot of cultivation (Cultivation lovers, get on board! I promise an exciting ride!) 4) Bored of stupid protagonists who let their enemies go for reasons of " kindness"? This is your story then, you won't regret it! Believe me, if you read more than 100 chapters, you won't be able to stop. 5) What are you doing here? Quickly go read the novel!

I think I started this novel a few months ago and abandoned it. Now I wish I could go back and slap my past self. I am loving the story so far. Pros: The author does a great job of balancing real life and the virtual world. Romance is nice and doesn’t feel forced. It is a harem, but hopefully it doesn’t go the Qing Shui route. Alpha MC who knows how to treat the ppl he cares about. Characters are fleshed out and the author does a great job of slowly revealing the MCs past, so you can understand the choices Xie Feng makes and his thought process. The fight scenes are fun and exciting. They are vivid enough that I can imagine being there and short enough that I haven’t gotten irritated and skipped chapters. I just started the novel, so I can’t say anything about stability updates. Cons: Grammar could be improved, but it’s not on the scale of sentencing the author to grammar prison. There aren’t 1,000+ chapters to feast on. Conclusion: If you like action, virtual reality, romance, harem, fantasy, I would definitely recommend picking up this novel.

I decided to remove the previous review and write a completely new one. The reason? you may ask. Well, the reason is that my previous review didn't give too much information about the novel, so I decided to write a little about the story here. Pros: 1) I consider that writing only about the virtual world is boring, so I will also take some chapters to build a solid and meaningful real world as it is necessary for future chapters. This can be considered an advantage or a disadvantage, according to your personal preference. 2) Harem not big or small (it depends on the preference of each one if it is an advantage or not) 3) Characters with a clear personality division. For example: the MC is playful and fun for the people he appreciates, but he is indifferent, casual and polite for the rest of the people. 4) A strong protagonist in the real world and in the virtual world, but he will still face challenges, many challenges. 5) An interesting plot. Cons: 1) Harem (as I said, it depends on one's preference) 2) The story is not just about the virtual world. There will be interesting scenes from the real world (as I said, it depends on one's preference if it is an advantage or a disadvantage) 3) There may be minor errors, however, it does not make the story difficult to read in the least. Still, I try to fix those details as quickly as possible. 4) I will not bother too much to shape secondary characters and I will focus more on those characters that will continue to be part of the story. Additional information: Chapter update: 1 chapter per day, if the objectives of the synopsis are met, more chapters. Chapter length: 1500 - 2000 words per chapter. If you have questions about the plot or forgot something, you can ask your question in the comments (politely) and I will answer to clarify doubts whenever possible. In this novel there are supernatural powers, so don't try to make everything too logical. Now, I will not take up any more of your time. The title is Samsara Online, but the whole novel (1-278) is 30% in-game and 70% Gods, assassins, H-scene, etc. It's a good read, but something is missing when he explores the virtual world. I dunno what it is, but whenever I read VR-Gaming novels, I just wanna scream, omg, I want to play that, and I really don't feel it in this novel.

The story is great and loved it. Although mc is arrogant but it is not to the point of being annoying. Also loved the fact there is cultivation outside too. Mc is an orphan but it is sometimes foreshadowed to have some mysterious background. The only problem is thd author stopped and is focusing on the other novel. So when will the author continue this novel?????

Not gonna lie, the start was pretty rough to get through(the initial first 25 chapters or so) for various reasons like the ranking system (I am a person that is bothered even by small details like this, so this might not have been as bothersome for others), some grammatical errors as I usually read only top-quality novels and the MC's edginess. However as more chapters came out the grammar improved to the point there were only a few errors noticeable in a dozen chapters or so, I stopped being bothered by the ranking system, we got more of the character's background and the MC was not as edgy as before and he actually developed as a character and made believable mistakes and decisions. The only major thing I was bothered overall was how the MC was able to dodge magic spells at the speed of a bullet and the author gave the explanation that he analyzed it and dodged it since he had the skills in the real world too. There was someone who said that even if he is able to do that, his body in the VR world will not be able to keep up with him and the author replied that since it's VR things depend more on his brain's abilities or something like that. I completely disagree with that, because the stats in VR are supposed to limit his body's movement and his agility was his lowest stat (the stats of a player that just started the game). If he could move his body in whatever way he wanted, then what will be the meaning of stats? Now I will move on to the point I liked the most in the novel - the focus on the 'real' world. I think that the best decision that the author made in the entire novel is to focus on the 'real' world as much as he did on the VR world. The other VR novels I have read are always 95% ( in the very least) VR and 5% (an exaggeration) real world. I commend the author for that. Overall the novel is worth it if you can endure the first 25 chapters or so.

Currently at chap 94. Mixed on this one... I usually like when there is a bit of outside world story development but i feel in this case it's way too much and quickly becomes boring. The game aspect is great but after almost 100 chapters we had very little of it.

5 freaking 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ! Its great 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 So far, so good. Im a fan of "system" novels or those with game elements, and i must say, i am enjoying this so far. I love how the MC thinks and act. OP as we all like. Also, the romance so far was pretty nice, it has a harem tag, but i wish its not big. He already has a perfect (for me) girl and i wish the romance bw them prosper more. Anyway, Goodluck author,. Ill be rooting for you.

After reading 300 chapters, I think this novel is okay. I do not believe it deserves 4.9 stars but like 4.2 stars. Maybe its because I don't know the full story yet but I just don't think its worthy of a 4.9. Maybe the main characters aren't too my preferences.

You can see the dedication and talent of the author when writing. I have just read XIETIAN's other novel and I can say that everything he writes always has a reason. Even the smallest word is important. If you want to read an interesting story, I certainly recommend this novel a lot.
