I agree that it was a good idea to destroy the colt. Now he can focus on becoming a powerhouse on to himself. Also, I think a specialization in space (and maybe time?) magic could be what will allow him to compete against Dumbledore and Grindelwald.

Great chapter, I think you missed an opportunity here for the mc to say "non serviam" before being ak'ed, it would make the scene cooler.

Auyhor ,are you a fan of the elementary tv show? Because I vaguely recall a conversation that used the exact same phrases about a legendary thief in that show as well.

a few corrections , Filotimo is a neutral noun the male adjective should be Filotimos, zilevo is actually a verb and as an adjective in a female form it would be φθονερή phthoneri or fthoneri, and thymos is a male noun so a female adjective would be thimomeni or orgismeni. aplistia is also a female noun but it can work as a female name

Seven dragons, four females, three males. Mana, Okniros, Peinon, Filotimo, Zilevo, Aplistia, and Thymos. All of them named after their most dominant personality traits. Mana is motherly, Okniros is lazy, Peinon is a gluton for food, Filotimo is prideful, Zilevo is envious of any attention I give to anyone else, Aplistia is greedy as hell, and Thymos is the one to get angry the easiest. Of these, Mana, Aplistia, Thymos and Peinon are females, while the other three are males.

While Dolion indeed means deceitful in Greek, it actually is for neautral gender. For a male name it would be Dolios and for female Dolia.

"Ah, that's why. Well then, you can call me Quinn," said Quinn. "Dolion, was it? If I'm right, that's Greek. . . . and it means deceitful."
