Cass felt like he was on fire. His whole body itched, ached, and he almost doubled over in pain. He let out a low groan, so quiet he hoped that no one heard him, but he wasn't so lucky. Draken, who had looked annoyed before, suddenly got to his feet.

It was like Maxwell could see right through him, and Andrew didn't know what to do with that information. It also wasn't lost on Andrew that Maxwell knew Andrew had grown in height. Hell, he was an idiot for thinking that he wouldn't notice, but he hadn't brought it up too many times since. He was letting Andrew…adapt. Even if it was clear that Maxwell wasn't good at that kind of thing.

This is so random, but I feel like Max would totally get Andy contact lenses. Just for special occasions (like those boring parties his parents throw), for the intimidation factor. 😅 It’s been said the glasses soften Andy’s vibe and, sometimes, it can be good to be a little intimidating (to scare the nuisances away😠)
