Idk if you want the answers for all questions, but I will give you a couple. First Azel, I was trying to hint at an over all hate for things perceived as "evil", derived from the death of her parents (murdered by gangsters) which I only left vague clues about. Looking back, I realize that I should have explored more of her character since she had such an important role in the end. Second, since I ended the book pretty suddenly, I wanted to leave a lot of open ends so the story can really go the way you want. I even left a few things that could give someone the tools to argue that Azemo is still alive, but that is besides the point. The story was always going to end this way, but I did not take the best path to the end. This is mostly because I was really struggling to write and I wanted to make sure to at least put out the ending I envisioned when I could. Thank you for being such an attentive reader, I hope my ramblings were at least a little interesting :)
Even though you didn’t like the end thank you for reading all the way through the story :)
Explained a little later on but nice catch
WhaaaaT is that allowed ???!
My mana did lower a tiny bit, but I don't remember using a skill, I was too relieved to be able to leave the hut.

You were closer with one of your other comments :)
Azemo can only transform because of Reginald, who knows if Spiren has a similar companion :)
As the wound on my stomach was exposed, April first washed out the dirt with her water bottle before adding the painful alcohol. I probably would have shouted in pain if I could, but the only sounds that left my mouth were strange grunts.

hahaha
The tree was not nearby, but it was just so large that its shadow stretched far and wide. Of course we walked deeper into the shadow and stopped before the house that was most darkened by it.

Yay as for the first part of your comment ... XD
They dont carry over for Azemo because isn’t actually an agrestral. He can just turn into a monster, but nice catch

"Of course you were just as evil in your past life." Her eyes flashed with rage and her spellbook snapped open, revealing a page glowing with a harsh light.
