yeah right, say who? Yamato who has a kakashi level chakra pool can rebuild the entire konoha with his wood style without too much problem. + We never saw Hashirama or Ashura lacking of chakra because of the wood style. I think the "wood style cost a lot of chakra" thing is just something fan invented to balence the thing since it is kinda broken. Oh and btw someone with a proper wood style like the MC, Hashirama or Ashura can absorb the enemy chakra through their wood jutsu so they should never miss chakra tbh.
