In the character design part, it is quite poorly planned, the League of Legends characters almost NEVER speak, they are rarely mentioned and very rarely can it be said that they exist, For example, as far as I go in the story, Lulu spoke at the beginning and never said anything again other than a few times her spells, Of the yordles, those who have never spoken are: Teemo, Tristana, Rumble, Fizz, then Heimerdinger has spoken only once in the entire story in just one chapter.
