Cory was going to a rebirth lottery when he saw a poster.

What caught the attention of Cory was that if he can at least win the 3rd prize he can win the Cardinal System he can at least have an OP system. Although he does not know what are the benefits of the three but he heard that the Cardinal System made one guy one of the most powerful beings in 10 realms.

When he finally decided he is gonna join he went to the elevator. There was a beautiful girl she greeted him and said "Which floor would want to go sir?"

Then he excitedly replied "I'll go to floor B"

"Floor B it is" Then she pressed the button B. The speed was very fast so it only took half a second to arrive at floor B.

Because of the speed of the elevator it made Cory dizzy it was as if he was very drunk. After a few minutes the dizziness finally stopped.

He was walking to the hallway when he suddenly heard a guy "Yes! I won the Cardinal System!" Then Cory's face darken he suddenly thought "It's alright, I still have two chances...."

When he walked further at the hallway he saw a line that is pretty long if he count all of them there would be 37 people lining up.

He waited for a whole hour until his turn was up "Next!" A guy's voice shouted. He went in then he saw a transparent box full of folded tickets.

"Ahem! The money!" Cory opened up his wallet getting 500 coins called "Heaven Points" he gave it to the guy his heart painly aching if he will not win this he will really cry.

"Get only one ticket" Said the guy Cory reached out for a ticket when he opened the ticket he was very happy, very happy in fact, he almost gave himself a heart attack. Well good thing this is heaven or else he will really have a heart attack.

Okay the ticket said that he got the "All System" the guy said "What did you won?" He said smiling.

Cory answered "The All System!!!"

The guy said "Do you want to rebirth now or stay here first?"

Cory immedietly answered "Of course I want to rebirth now!"

The guy said "Then come over here" Cory immedietly came to him. He touch the head of Cory then Cory's sight was all white then he woke up in a room.
