Kapitel 256: The second round in the alchemist test

When Bai Yun could see again, he found himself standing on a large beach. He was standing in soft sand with shallow waves lapping at the beach just a few feet away. Beyond that was a sea that seemed to continue until the horizon.

The beach was a few hundred meters wide and seemed to stretch for a long distance into the horizon. Every single one of the nearly three thousand people was currently standing on the beach with only a few meters between them. Even though the beach seemed to be endless, they still looked to be crowded together in a small space.

When they saw where they were, everyone started to look around in confusion. They couldn't understand what they were doing on a beach in the middle of the alchemy test. What does a beach have to do with alchemy?
