From their experiences on the way to the Capital, to how he gave her his jade token and a stack of gold leaves when she left for Xuanyan Sect, to their various interactions once she came back to the Capital, to how she finally found out that he was the fifth prince, she told Yan Qiufeng everything. When she finished, Yan Qiufeng was quiet for a long time.

"The fifth prince and you have experienced so much together. It is no wonder that you two are close." He finally remarked. "Did you ever find out who was behind all the attempted assassinations?"
