Kapitel 67: Getting To Know Each Other

As they walked through the halls of the fifth and sixth floors, Conrad and Geraldine got the chance to know each other a little more. 

Connie found himself in an unexpected exchange with her. Unlike Meliora, who at times only spoke when asked a direct question and would also look at you with a mean face, Geraldine was a stark contrast. 

She was lively and engaging, whenever the conversation had gone silent, she took the initiative to ask him questions as well. It wasn't a one-sided interaction but a genuine back-and-forth conversation, something he realized he hadn't experienced as much since arriving at this place. 

Through their conversation, Connie learned a surprising amount about her. 

For instance, Nicholas had apparently nicknamed Mel—Miss Edgelord. A title Connie couldn't help but agree with, he had known her the longest, so it was justified. Geraldine laughed when he confirmed it.
