Silas walked a few meters ahead of Kimra and Jareth, his gloomy demeanor made him seem almost out of place among the cheerful people passing by. He didn't want to wait for them to catch up since they were busy flirting.

His focus was entirely on the task ahead. If they are going to die, then they might as well do a good job for one last time.

As they approached the grand entrance, Silas glanced at the people they passed. Businessmen, tourists, staff, and all sorts of people wandered around, their polished appearances blended perfectly with Sardes's façade.

Silas looked back at the two. They seemed to have gotten their act together, if anything, they seemed to blend in entirely whereas he, with his gloominess, seemed to stand out.
