Family history
Beginning of the Family History:
I'm going to be adding the family history here as well as it can get pretty confusing to understand as I'm writing the story.
First the oldest ancestors will be the Morrigan La Fey, Salazar Slytherin, and someone from Cadmus Peverell's family line. (Image of Family tree)
In this FF I'll be adding a younger brother for Isolt Sayre to be named Ignatius Sayre Born in 1610. He will move to the British Isles after his graduation from Ivermorny to get a better understanding of his ancestor Salazar Slytherin and gain status from his family line.
He gained the title, Head of the Noble and Most Ancient house of Sayre as he used his link as direct bloodline of Morrigan Le Fay, using the same loophole the Gaunts used by coining the Slytherin bloodline. (Image of new Family crest)
Being descended of both Morrigan and Salazar, Ignatius had an uncanny talent for healing and the dark arts as well as the gift of being a Parselmouth. He focused primarily on healing as his parselmouth gift boosted its capacities and was a sure way of earning money for his House prosperity.
He joined St. Mungo's Hospital at the age of 20 and quickly raised through the ranks becoming head healer of the hospital at the young at of 32, upon the retirement of Healer Mungo Bonham.
Ignatius later met a beautiful muggleborn woman settling down. Upon retiring his position as head of the family to his Son, he moved to America with his wife spending the rest of his days working at Ivermorny as the school physician to spend more time with his sister, who was headmistress Isolt Stewart (Became Stewart after marriage to a muggle James Stewart)
The story of how the family has grown to the present is self-explanatory, becoming famously known for their help in the growth of generations of healers the family birthed or sponsored.
Present Day History:
Adonis Sayre, son of the head of the Sayre family and father of the MC (Greyson Sayre). In this FF he will have fallen in love with Bellatrix Black, and they will blossom a relationship in school. In this way they will be wed after school instead of her marrying into Lestrange family.
The Black family was at first hesitant as the Sayre family didn't adhere to pureblood ideology that they followed, but in the end, they couldn't refuse the gains in reputation they'll receive from joining together with Sayre family.
During the proceeding of the wedding contract Adonis's Father feared what would happen to the family, as he noticed long before his son the fanatical craze for Voldemort that Bellatrix was beginning to show. He warned Adonis many times, but he couldn't see the problem for what it was.
While creating the terms of the marriage contract 2 rules were a must for the marriage to happen.
• Any sexual advances toward another men before the birth of their first child will cause the pain of the cruciatus curse to be inflicted on the body until advances are ceased.
• Should Adonis Sayre die before the birth of their first child Bellatrix will be stripped of her magic effectively becoming a muggle.
(I expect with the Magical contract being signed with the blood of both Bellatrix and Adonis the contract was a piece of very powerful binding magic, incapable of being broken without completing the clauses. Also for obvious plot reasons I couldn't make the contract air tight, it would be near impossible to make it to where Bellatrix has any child that isn't Voldemorts without a magical marriage contract. Example being Lestrange)
These clauses were in hope that his son was out of harms way and that an heir will eventually be born of their family, as he knew Bellatrix will deny all Intimacy with her crazed fanaticism for the newly risen dark lord.
After the Marriage between the two families in 1969 after their graduation, what Adonis's Father had feared has come to pass. A full blow ambush had be implemented by Voldemort and his men at the wedding party, with the target being the Sayre family.
The continued denial of the Sayre family to join his cause angered him immensely. Fortunately Bellatrix informed him of the date her marriage to Adonis will take place. Using the opportunity to end all the Sayre family, he attacked at their weakest, being during the after party celebrations while they were all intoxicated.
The attack hadn't lasted long only leaving Adonis alive, as the contract signed by the two family's made it impossible to kill him without also making Bellatrix useless to him.
In the end what was supposed to be the happiest day of Adonis's life became the worse day imaginable. Spending most of his days in front of the family tapestry staring at the greyed out names signifying his families deaths.
In the year 1979 Bellatrix incapable of holding her self back from the dark lord, she devised a plan to drug Adonis in the attempt conceive a child to finally be rid of the Sayre family after killing them both.
The plan almost worked but after she found she was pregnant the word got back to Adonis. He began to hunt her down and placed her under an imperious curse while her guard was down, and effectively locking her in the manor until the child was due.
Thanks to the expert healing capabilities of Adonis and Voldemort seemingly unfazed by Bellatrix disappearing for 9 months, he was able to deliver a healthy baby boy born May 2nd 1980, and named Greyson Adonis Sayre.
Holding his son, Adonis felt so much love that he finally grew the courage to leave his home, and there was also the fact their marriage contract no longer kept Bellatrix from having him killed.
Knowing that his time was limited he began by securing his child's future, sending a letter to gringotts making his son sole heir of the Sayre family and blocking Bellatrix from being able to access the family vault. A second was sent to gringotts to be held until the time of Greysons 17th birthday. With the letters sent he immediately left for a muggle orpanage, the last place Bellatrix would think to look.
Leaving his son at the orphanage steps, he slowly returned home submitting to his fate in hopes to keep his son out of harms way. The Fight was fierce between Adonis and Bellatrix but the gap in experience was far to large. In the end Adonis died by Bellatrix hand, never giving up the location of Greyson till the very end.
