/ Anime & Comics / Marvel: I Started by Containing SCPs
Zusammenfassung
A car accident transported Ryner to the perilous world of Marvel. But it wasn't just the Marvel world; the entire multiverse was at risk of being invaded by containment objects from other worlds.
Fortunately, Ryner received a system from the SCP Universe that could predict which SCP objects would invade which worlds. By announcing the invasions in advance and issuing containment missions, he could gain the characteristics of these SCP objects and countless rewards upon successful containment.
Thus, countless worlds across the multiverse began to descend into madness!
A statue that twists your neck if you look away!
Plants with incredible reproductive abilities!
A shy creature that hunts you down to the ends of the earth if you catch a glimpse of it!
A terrifying creature with infinite regeneration and evolutionary capabilities!
Tony Stark: "What are these monsters? My armor legion can't handle them at all!"
Bruce Wayne: "With such outrageous containment objects, how are we supposed to complete this SCP mission?"
Sengoku: "Damn it! How are we Marines supposed to deal with such monsters?"
Jiraiya: "I thought I had seen a lot, but the world is much bigger than I imagined..."
[This's a reaction type of fanfic, where the situation of the characters are mainly portrated and the MC is just like a side character]

Schreiben Sie eine RezensionThis novel sucks. it reads more like cliff notes than an actual story. To expand; Writing quality: 3/5 This is a well translated novel for all the gripes i have with this. There are no major spelling mistakes, grammar is decent and it makes sense to read. however, the interactions between characters leave a lot to be desired. The conversations have no depth, the characters dont seem to think at all. Updating stability: 5/5 i cant comment on this so ill leave it here Story development: 1/5 There is no actual story being told imo. it is threat after threat and how the characters deal with them. The individual mentioned at the beginning seems to have no relevance whatsoever. the pacing is all over the place. if you like fight after fight with no reasoning then this is the story for you. only reason im giving this a 3 is because i like the concept. I dont often see scp fanfics, and this one had a great idea. however… Character Design: 1/5 I would give this 0 if i could the characters are cardboard cutouts compared to their originals. They seem to have no individual thoughts. Everyone is like the same person trying to put on a fake accent, badly. The MC mentioned at the beginning doesnt matter. World background: 4/5 Its a fanfic so i cant say much about this. 8/10 for the picks of the universes.
Spoiler enthüllenI need the raw since you aren’t massreleasing more chapters. Great translation btw but I need the raw.
I've read till chapter 477 and if you're expecting the MC to help in containments or show himself or do anything significant don't bother reading. The MC acts more like a background character, even less since he will only get mentioned for like a couple of lines and then disappear for hundreds of chapters without even doing anything significant or anything impactful he just doesn't get mentioned at all it's like he doesn't even exist. Its more like a fanfic of how scps invade other fiction and how the original characters there will react to the scp. I'm kinda disappointed, not to mention even when the scps get contained the mc supposedly gets a power boosts but as time goes on the mc doesn't even get mentioned nor are there any power boost for the mc
Poorly written waste of time in my opinion, though the translator is a gem as well as his other novels, The reason i dont like it is that the mc has basicaly done nothing in these 75 chapters, its just spectator mode with others moving around which is a big joke of the title of the novel that states ' i started by containing scp'
There is a lot of effort in translation and editing. But the series is like DC and Marvel heroes having a chat. Also I'm not sure if just one writer can handle and follow 3 universes at the same time. After all, there were dozens of cartoonists and decades of writing just the Marvel universe.
This is a very nice translation. I hope the number of episodes arriving during the day will be more. I can't wait. You are really successful with your other translations.
+1 for this baby read so many SCP fanfics, nothing tickles my fancy but this one is an exemption. few translation error, not headache inducing when reading, a good flow in the story give it a go
The novel is good if you want to just read it for the sake of it, i liked the idea in ghe the start but now realize that this novel is not even true to its name, the mc is literally nowhere, HE ISNT CONTAINING EVEN A SINGLE SCP its so bad, there is no story development no background,no plot or anything, there is no interaction between marvel and mc lol
The characters are stupid, the emotions are VERY exaggerated, it’s very difficult to look at such characters when the ancient one is surprised at what he can essentially do with one hand, it’s killing me !!!!!!!!!!!
Spoiler enthüllenHonestly, I hate these novels that give absurd rewards for something that is easy for a person, for Kuzan to defeat Ivy is extremely easy, I don't think he should even receive a reward for that, Natasha and Barton will just look at the statue and receive powers that can easily cause a large-scale massacre (meteor shower, immortal soldiers with super strength), Garp threw a single punch and received strength multiplied 100 times while Ace didn't help at all and received a flame that absorbs the power of the stars, to me it seems ridiculous. The original SCP had to sacrifice several people and the only thing they achieved is the possibility of survival while others receive absurd powers for something easy that is easy for them.
The author's writing skills aren't at all refined, but in a chapter or two you'll understand what this story is doing and I liked that well enough to give it a follow.
The book was great until it began mixing in stuff that have nothing to do with the story. Somehow Skull Island became an SCP and that was my cue to leave.
I'm normally not a fan of translations as these "authors" just copy paste everything and don't even bother to correct mistakes but this book is truly great. While there are some mistakes where the original gives wrong names and information, he tries his best to correct them. There are still some mistakes here and there but changing them would mean changing the story and since this is a translation, that's a no-go. The only thing I don't like is how the MC is getting nerved despite barely even appearing for more than 10 chapters but that's more of a complaint to the original creator than the translator.

Translator here!, Hopefully you have fun. The raw is: 美漫诸天:我,开局曝光收容物. (Read at your own risk. It has a lot of poison and r*cism) Of course I detox it quite good!
