Kapitel 265: Bold Introduction

Vaela, wiping the last bit of blood from her lance, she floated toward Lassim with a grin, the lines of her face sharp but warm. "Not bad, little personal disciple. You've got more power in yah than I expected." She slid her weapon over her shoulder, "I think I like you already."

Lassim raised an eyebrow, his hands resting on the pole of his halberd. 

Vaela's grin widened, eyes gleaming with mischief. "Killing a few vermin like these rogues isn't much of a challenge, but...."

Her eyes flickered over his well-toned but not overly muscular frame, yet lingering for a moment longer than necessary on his face as she stared into his lightning flickering eyes.

She let out a soft chuckle. "A shame you're not a woman. That face of yours would do much better on one of my girls." There was a suggestive playfulness in her voice, "But, sadly, we can't always get what we want, can we?"
