Selina immediately got her head back in the game after Derek shouted at her, and the both of them faced off against the humongous Anima who was currently leaning down to stare at them with wide red eyes.

The Anima was a humanoid creature with long arms that it dragged on the ground behind it. It had short legs and a large green body that made it look like some peaceful forest creature. But its face immediately made them forget about that assumption. It had a large mouth with jagged teeth peeking through an unnerving smile. Its large, slitted eyes were constantly staring down at them and mocking them for their weakness.
