Kapitel 27: CHAPTER 27 – FLOAROMA FESTIVAL (PART TWO) (Fixed)
In the previous chapter we see how Ash and company become a kind of researchers in charge of collecting data on the legendaries, obviously all compatible with their main objective, their first mission, to collect data on a Pokémon called Shaymin in the festival that would be held soon Floaroma City, in the Sinnoh region.
With Ash.
The trip was nothing special, the girls played rock, paper and scissors who would sit next to me, total, which in the end won Verity before the envious look of the girls, but apart from that, there was nothing special.
When we arrived, we left the airport and took a taxi to Folamar City, specifically to the Pokémon Center where my mother was waiting with another woman, obviously because I called her before arriving and we stayed there.
"Hi mom" – I greeted.
"Hi Ash, how about the trip?" – he asked with a smile.
"Well, nothing special really, I would introduce you to the girls, but I think you already know them very well" – I said looking at the girls.
"And that you say it, but I wanted to meet my daughters-in-law in person, what did I tell you Johanna, that my daughters-in-law are all beauties?" – said my mother looking at the other woman.
She had blue bob-style hair, a white blouse and blue jeans, my mother's clothes were very similar only she wore her typical pink shirt.
"Yes, the truth is that you were right" - he nodded.
"True, you do not know each other, this one here is my friend Johanna and coincidentally she has a daughter about to turn 16, but I remember wrong" – said my mother looking at the already known as Johanna.
"Delighted" – we all said.
"Delighted too and just so you know my daughter will turn 16 in less than a year, if you want I can introduce her to you" – smiled Johanna.
"No, we don't want any more, enough is enough!" – Nancy said immediately.
"Right, we don't want any more rivals, 4 is my limit!" – Verity nodded.
"I think the same, 4 is enough" – agreed Koharu.
"Hahaha, it was a joke, although... if you want I can introduce it to you" – smiled Johanna.
"Can you imagine they fall in love and she becomes one of his girlfriends? Not only would we be best friends, we would also be family and this time for real" - my mother said excitedly.
Then there was an argument of the girls refusing to have more lovers and my mother and Johanna who wanted to introduce me to Dawn, their daughter, yes, the same Dawn from the anime, apparently she was 15 years old about to turn 16, but she did not want to be a trainer, her goal was the Pokémon Contests, which are widespread throughout the region, as in Hoenn, on the other hand, in Kanto it is not something that is seen much, it is not as popular as in other regions, I do not know why, but it is so.
After this heated but innocent discussion, we went to see the festival, to be honest I was amazed with the view, not only because of how beautiful Floaroma City was, but it was also decorated in a way that made it even more beautiful, Floaroma was a City surrounded by nature, it was urbanized and hundreds of people lived, But let's just say there were many more plants than anywhere else.
Anyway, the festival was not held in the same City, but on the outskirts, in the north specifically, in the Aeolian Valley there were no Gracídeas apparently,
Luckily, Johanna got us some spectacular sites as a result of her connections apparently, but it is true that, without her we could practically not have found a place to see it well, there were hundreds of people watching, apparently the Shaymin were very popular and apparently, they were also used to humans.
It did not take long to appear, specifically when a pleasant breeze was felt, yes, everyone was silent, nobody dared to articulate a word and, when the Shaymin arrived, people began to take pictures of them with their phones, as I said, the Shaymin seemed to be used to having an audience so they simply went about their business.
It was like watching a nature documentary, but instead of animals, Pokémon, at least I didn't have to take notes for the teacher, with having the Rotom Dex out, the application already collected the data, don't ask me how it works because I have no idea.
The show did not last much longer and, at sunset, the Shaymin entered the forest converted into their normal form, as for us we went to see the stalls that were, that's right, the festival was not only about seeing the Shaymin, there were also many stalls where handicrafts, souvenirs were sold, food, etc.
It was quite amusing to see how my mother was impressed to see the large amount of food Nancy ate.
Soon, the night came and it was time to go to sleep, my mother and Johanna went to a hotel and we to the Pokémon Center, by the way, I forgot to mention that the festival lasted two whole days, the Shaymin thing was only the first day, but there were so many stalls that you could not see them all in one day.
The room of the Pokémon Center was the same as those of Kanto, without any difference , so after a long session of smooching, we went to sleep, however, fate had prepared other plans, because just when we were going to sleep, Mew left his Pokéball alone.
"Mew" . Mew said, beginning to fly in circles in the room.
"Pika pi" – Pikachu said pointing to a place.
"Do you want us to follow you?" – I asked Mew.
"Mew" – nodded.
"Girls, I'm afraid we have things to do" - I said as I dressed again.
The girls were tired, but Mew was not normal, so they decided to get dressed and quickly followed Mew.
Mew guided us through a forest, but on the way, just as Mew stopped, we heard some voices.
"Do you have them all?" – asked a voice.
"Of course, I always do my job well" – nodded the other.
We peeked through the bushes and saw two men, both masked, in black clothes, quite suspicious.
"I know, but these Shaymin are worth a fortune on the black market, I must confirm that you got them all" – said the other.
"Look, my Vileplume and I make a spectacular team and with my intelligence and their spores, creating some sleeping pills that affects the plant type is... A piece of cake" – he said.
When we looked out, we saw how the Shaymin all lay in a huge container made of glass, many of them had already begun to wake up and were desperately trying to get out of the container.
"They are sneaky" - Koharu said.
"Yes and it seems that we already know their goal" – I nodded.
"What do we do?" - asked Nancy.
"You have to save them, obviously" - Verity said.
"... Okay, but we'll have to leave at the right time..." – but before I could say anything else, Nancy came out.
"Shameless, let go of those Shaymin now!" - shouted Nancy.
"Well, then here we go, Mew, come back, we'll take care of everything" - I said as I returned Mew to her Pokéball.
Then we stood next to Nancy.
"Wait, look that we have here, shouldn't they be in bed already?" – said one of the masked men.
"We will not repeat ourselves, let them go, now" – I said seriously.
"Of course, we are going to give up millions because some brats tell us what to do, Hydreigon, take care of them!" – said one of them.
A Hydreigon came out of the Pokéball.
"Charizard, I choose you!" – I said pulling Charizard out.
"A Charizard? , then let me help you, Kilowattrel, Vileplume, go ahead I choose you" – said the other masked man.
"Nidorina, help us" - Nancy said pulling Nidorina out.
"Luxio, I choose you!" - said Verity pulling out her Luxio.
"Eevee, help us" - Koharu said.
"Pikachu" – I said looking at Pikachu.
Pikachu nodded and quickly headed towards the container with the intention of breaking it.
"Not that, Dark Pulse!" – ordered the masked man.
"Protect Pikachu, Flamethrower!"
Charizard launched his Flamethrower which hit squarely with the Dark Pulse causing the Hydreigon to retreat.
"Iron Tail!"
Pikachu used Iron Tail in the container, but could not break it.
"Do you think such a weak thing could break it? Use Spark in the Charizard, Vileplume, Sludge Bomb!" – said the other masked man.
"Nidorina, use Mud-Slap against Vileplume!" said Nancy.
"Luxio, use Spark to prevent Kilowattrel from harming Charizard!"
"Eevee help him by using Swift!"
"Use Crunch in Charizard!"
"Dragon Claw and send him flying!"
Charizard avoided the Shredder and sent the Hydreigon flying with a Dragon Claw that weakened it.
"Now Nidorina, Double Kick and finish with him!"
Nidorina connected a Double Kick on the Vileplume and sent it flying, weakening it.
"Finish with Spark!"
"Help him by using Swift!"
Koharu and Verity together easily defeated the Kilowattrel.
"Damn, you're going to find out nosy brats!" - he said, pulling out another Pokéball.
However, all of a sudden, they found themselves surrounded by at least 10 Shaymin who were not at all happy with the treatment they had suffered.
"Fuck!" – they both said.
And then they used their signature Seed Flare attack and sent the poachers flying.
Then they looked at us and thanked us with a smile, but just as they were going to leave...
"Is anyone willing to accompany me? My dream is to become the best Pokémon trainer in the world and I want one of you to join me, I know it's irrational, but if anyone is interested let him stay," Nancy said suddenly.
We just watched her in silence as we watched all the Shaymin disappear into the thicket of the forest, making Nancy depressed.
"Come on don't get depressed, why don't you look better?" – I said with a smile.
Hopeful, Nancy looked up to see a little Shaymin approaching her, this one was smaller than the rest, so I guess it was a baby, a child or a teenager, who knows, I have no idea of his physiology, but the fact is that he came over and licked Nancy's leg.
"Are you sure?" - asked Nancy who for some reason knew she was female.
"Shaymin" – noodded Shaymin.
Then he emitted some grunts that god knows they meant.
"I get it, well, or so I think, what I think she means is that she was impressed by my battle style and that's why she wants to stay with me" - Nancy explained.
"Really? And if so, what about the others?" – I asked curiously.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want a Shaymin.
"Shay" - Shaymin said.
"I think it means that, without a doubt, you are strong, but he likes me more," Nancy explained.
"Shay" – noodded Shaymin.
"Then I only have something to say, but you'd better say it" - I said with a smile.
Nancy nodded and then took out her Pokéball, a Rapid Ball to be exact and Shaymin herself was caught.
"Yes, I caught a Shaymin!" - said Nancy cheerfully.
"Pi Pikachu!" - exclaimed Pikachu.
"Hey, don't you have to say that when I do it?" – I asked with a smile.
"Hahaha!" – basically everyone laughed.
And so, it was that Nancy caught her fourth Pokémon, thus obtaining her new member.
To remember, our current Pokémon are as follows:
Me: Pikachu, Phione, Charizard, Sprigatito y Mew.
Nancy: Servine, Nidorina, Quaxly y Shaymin.
Verity: Piplup, Luxio, Shroomish y Fuecoco.
Koharu: Eevee.
After this great little adventure, we returned to the Pokémon Center to sleep, it was late and tomorrow would be the last day of the festival, so we had to get up early to take advantage of it.

The next day.
To summarize, the next day was a day of enjoyment for us and our Pokémon, the only bad thing is that we had to eat away from people so that they did not see Mew and Shaymin, who knows who might be watching or what their reaction would be.
After buying a few souvenirs and enjoying the party atmosphere, it was time to leave, that's right, a day has passed and it was time to go back to Kanto, although my mother says she was going to stay with her friend for a few more days, so we left without her in the end.
