Although it was a five versus four, that was prior to the launch of the sneak attack. This, because the sneak attack had been successful enough to turn the fight into a four versus four. 

Zeven was critically injured, as she had her entire body set in flames by the person that had attacked her from behind. She can not assist the team at all, as she has to assist herself in getting rid of the flames and because she'll have to endure the pain after as well. 

With her skin being scorched and her having to endure the pain of it, she obviously wouldn't be able to do much for the team and even herself. Luckily, Mark was there near her to stop the attacker from ending her life. The situation has seriously become a four versus four now, as Zeven is only capable of escaping to the sidelines to watch and to not be a hindrance to the team.
