Kapitel 58: The whole city is dirty

With the words of Code Neon, which had quickly expanded into a long conversation about the present activities in the city, Artemis became aware of what's supposed to be known to people like her but what's hidden to the common civilians. 

Just a few minutes ago, Artemis along with her friends, were one of those common civilians. Not too long ago, the three of them had all been a tourist to the city who only recently settled down, after all...

Now of course, since the entire trio had heard of the words of Neon, they were no longer tourist, but the elites within the city. Elites, because they knew what really was going on in the city, and because they were aware of the fact that they and a few others were the ones with power and awareness, unlike the common human civilians…
