While this is a pretty good story and can be used to pass the time, the writer insists on throwing in rather cringey moments to try and force a laugh. On top of that, they ignore their own rules and set up the most ridiculous situations in order to push the plot forward. An enemy comes and fights against someone way stronger than him, and the enemy escapes anyway. Then they fight against someone an entire cultivation REALM ahead of them and still escape anyway. THEN they come across someone two cultivation realms ahead of them, and escape anyway. Then they come across an elder who is FIVE entire cultivation realms ahead of them, and by the grace of bad writing, escapes anyway. All of that ridiculous and impossible nonsense just to get the main character to act. And this is just one example. Half of the time the story is good, however, the other half it feels like the author is a mindless crayon eater.
one of the few novels that I read till the very end that isn't from the vote pool (i think thats the name?), although it only has 508 chapters, what it lacks in quantity it more then makes up for it with quality.

Just finished reading it and its pretty engaging, there were no parts where I would skim several chapters, and although the ending is fast, and even a bit rushed, it tied up all the loose ends and gave a satisfactory ending
I really love this story. Very hilarious and I just can't seem to stop laughing. But it was a very repetitive scene. It is also very sexist. The ending is also not my cup of tea. Very Very Very not my cup of tea.

This novel is trash in my opinion, the name is misleading on so many levels. Firstly, If you hate protagonists, you shouldn't have given him a system in the first place, him having one makes him a protagonist. Secondly, the way the MC says women are not needed in his cultivation part just makes me want to puke. If you had given a good reason such as you can't write romance, good we'll know what to expect, but to make it sound so stupid is just so appalling. Thirdly, why hide your powers when you're already OP? You have the system, you have resources, you could make his sect the top sect in the entire world, attract more geniuses, select good disciples and get stronger quickly, but Author thought, "Nah, let's make him low-key and stupid with an IQ of -100. Honest advice? Don't bother wasting your time reading this.
it's actually good, his disciples are all talented but why you always make so many idiot characters? aaarrrggggghhhh
The story is not bad but the MC is kinda a coward and also the ending reminded me of the strongest system. Nice to read for passing time and fun.

another novel ruined by poor translators. It started ok but after the trial ended it become worse by each chapter
just imagine u were just reading for time pass and it's turn into a series of fun emotional and i am one of that person who just read for fun but ended up reading till last of the chapter i haven't finished it buts it's good, author try to add some mystery to its which is interesting such the golden finger mystery, his first disciple or eldest disciple he is also a renic ... i am not gonna spoil it but it's 👍😊 for me so it can be good read for you
This novel is just top tier. It never makes you bored and has a good comedy often ingrained in it.
Propose that the novel be renamed "EXPLOSIOOOON!!" based on the MC's dependence on detonating his gear. I mean, just look at that final fight.
I dont like MC who hide his power without nonsense, yeah Mc OP but he hide power like the lowest possible to avoid trouble. That suckk, he can just show a bit power and avoid more trouble. Fvkk so frustating
I'm going to give a really quick summary of my review. the author takes out what is arguably the only good point in the story for over half of it and expects people to continue to enjoy. you'll understand what I mean once you get to the higher world levels the first Arc as I would call it which is the lower world cultivation is pretty good. It's relatively well done not many mistakes the tad bit of sexism which is normal in these novels but there isn't much nationalism if any at all. my problem is when we get to the higher world and our main character gets separated from his disciples which is whatever. my problem though is how hard the author tries to force it so that the main character can't meet up with which is honestly the most interesting part of the story is group of disciples. anywhere from being way too far to have soul guidance work or just straight up ignoring the main characters summons even though they're his disciples. or the main character being too much of a coward to go help out his disciple who was being captured by someone way weaker than the main character. it'd be fine if it only went on for like 10 chapters or so but it's already been over 100 chapters of the author coming up with every excuse imaginable on why the main character can't see his disciples. and that would be fine if that wasn't what made the story interesting. the main characters pretty two-dimensional he doesn't have much development and it's reasonable it's explained why early on and his personality is pretty on set. you know what you're getting from the main character and he doesn't deviate from it. the disciples are pretty interesting they come up with a lot of the comedy in the story and they make it interesting to read. getting rid of them for over what is currently half of the story is ridiculous. by the way I'm up to chapter 400 basically so pretty close to the end and he still hasn't met up with his disciples. usually I would just keep reading some already here at the end but the chapters are a bit too long to make me want to finish reading this when there's over 100 plus chapters still and I see no way it can end so soon and I also see no reason why he can't meet up with his disciples. another one of my pet peeves with this novel is how much the author makes what is supposed to be a righteous sect evil. I understand the human heart isn't true most of the time. however when you're supposed to be a Buddha the only way you should be able to cultivate that type of Mantra would be if you have a heart of goodness a heart of gold to say, if you are truly able to be a good person at least that's usually how these stories go and how it looks like this story goes. so why is it that every person in the Buddhist sect is a horrendous person who likes to either torture people for fun or doesn't mind killing Innocents because they were in the way. I understand how these novels work most of the time but it's really drawing a blank here when the author tries so hard to make almost all of them evil except for a very few portion.
This novel is quite great in my opinion. though I felt that the author rush this novel and the imperfect end of the novel is disappointing I still enjoy reading this novel. 👏👏👏👏

I have mixed feelings about this one. Most of this is good, the Main Character is a cautious type protagonist and he gets a system where his strength increases as his Disciples strength increases. So, he takes desciples and most of the conflicts comes from them, their past enemies and what not. Then it turns out our MC has a super secret background and the strongest beings in existence are targeting him, that is also fine. It was good seeing the MC hide his strength, occasionally dealing with enemies then hiding again. Upto last 30 chapters or so. In the last 30 chapters, everything changes. Turns out there are even more powerful enemies, MC has an even bigger background. And his personality changes from a cautious type to hot-blooded xianxia protagonist. There is vague explanation provided for his change in attitude, but it's very jarring and it completely messes up the tone of the story before this last 30 chapters. for those who have read the ending, I think it would have been better if the last 30 chapter never happened. Hongjun dies in the final fight in Heavenly Court. Nameless Sect becomes the ruler of Three Realms and everyone lives happily ever after.

One of the very few novels I would read until the end wholeheartedly! It would be a lie if I didnt say I didnt cry! Especially the ending. The place this story had in my heart reached number 1. Its not as well written as Revered Insanity or as yearning as Lord of Mysteries, but this story actually made me viewed this characters as true existence. I felt like a proud grandma here cheering on the sidelines! I really really really love the story!

i thought its just the same as the trash novel that webnovel has been putting on but its actually a satire of those novels where the protagonists are faceslapping everyone while the mc is also an overpowered protagonist contributing to the same elements of those trash novels. It's actually good, mc's disciples are funny and his 'ignobleness' and cautiousness are funny. This novel is good compared to those brain rotting novels
I give it 5 out 5. it’s beginning was great. Thought as the time pass by the corruption of the system just made the story boring. From a person who was training hard and having a good cautious nature. He became a bit of a boring character. Ruthless. Emotionless and pretty much a pet of the system. Either way it’s been a good by time before leaving half way.
I wonder why the author did not mention in the story that Han Zhen has been killed? I really wanna know why and base on the personality of the MC he would not let him go. So why? Because it would lead to another difficult battle so why not kill him early?🤔🤔

i dont like the mc too ignoble, especially when he throw away the woman, just live like a monk would you, plot armor is too heavy, if someone found his secret he become demon if not he become a coward

Well first Comedy is gold. Comedy is the only thing that kept me reading this novel but soon got bored of it at like 180 or so chapters. Too many blatant plot holes that even if you try to ignore it, you just can't. Repetitive plot which makes the story even more boring despite its gold comedy. I also don't like his bias towards his eldest disciple. At first it was acceptable but later on, it got even more annoying. Well overall there was nothing new in this novel except for MC personality and his treatment towards other girls which I loved it. Oh yeah Even though MC is portrayed to be cautious and hides his cultivation and talents but does many stupid things which lets other people know about his powers and talent in array formation and other things.
It’s decent. Characters only have one defining trait. Common for a comedy novel. The main character is the same. They all try to be low key but it doesn’t work out. That concept gets ditched by the end of the first major arc. The story arcs can be enjoyable. My problem is that the characters with plot armor aren’t nearly as impressive. The main character for the most part is omniscient and predict their every move. You don’t feel like he’s under threat at all. The other big issue is that the immortal world arc drags on for too long. The worldbuilding isn’t interesting in that arc as well, so it’s painful to get through.The author should have trimmed the fat on the novel. It’s not the worst thing I’ve finished. Give it a shot.
