Kapitel 190: The death of Huang Yao

Bai Yun froze as he stared at Huang Yao. She stumbled back with the sword still stuck in her chest and fell.

Bai Yun froze and stared at her. He was vaguely aware of someone shouting and running towards Huang Yao. But for some reason, it felt as if it was happening to someone else.

Bai Yun then felt sharp winds coming from behind him. The assassins were coming back to finish the job. He could feel the breaths of everyone behind him. Every step and movement of all of them appeared in his mind. Every quiver in the wind was reflected in his heart.

Bai Yun slowly raised in head and looked over his shoulder.

Every single one of the assassins froze. They felt as if they were being stared at by the most terrifying of predators.

Bai Yun turned round and lightly swung his sword. The head of the assassin closest to him was sent flying. 

Then it was as if a spell was broken. The remaining assassins went pale, turned around and ran.
