Chapter 48: Max is dead for real

She stared at Max again. He seemed to be keeping it up but she knew he wouldn't be able to hold up any longer.

What was she going to do?

She couldn't afford to lose Max.

Her heart bled as she watched him for a while.

She lurched forward again but Jake pulled her back, "Let's go! We can drive out now while his attention is on something else."

Jessica stared at Jake for a while before shooting

Jessica turned to Jake, bloodshot out in her eyes, " I'm not leaving Max!" She screamed and ran towards a car nearby. She climbed on it and jumpsuit up. She landed on the giant head. Jessica pointed the gun in his eyes and shot through quickly before he would make a move. The giant wriggled her away, throwing Max away in the process.

Jessica's back hit into the car. Jay rushed forward and carried her down. He shuddered her slightly and Jessica opened her eyes suddenly and looked ahead at the giant zombie. She watched him walked away before she runs to Max.
