In the nation of Santa Cruz, more specifically at the airport in São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro, we can see Ferdinand getting off the plane with Tanya, with the Imperial Guards following behind them, waiting for Ferdinand's entourage was a man with some guards behind him protecting him.
The man had short hair and wore formal clothes with a tie, as well as wearing a fedora hat, having a small mustache, blue eyes, and black hair, his name was José Rodrigo Oliveira Siqueira, a diplomat sent on behalf of the government of Santa Cruz to welcome Ferdinand von Rotenburg.
"Your Imperial Highness, welcome to Santa Cruz, we hope you can enjoy our nation while you decide to stay here" José said respectfully as he bowed to Ferdinand.
"Nice to meet you, sir" Ferdinand said also respectfully as he offered his hand for a shake, which José accepted with pleasure.
With the formalities done, Ferdinand went to the car that had been prepared for him, with Tanya getting in first, since Ferdinand had opened the door and waited for her to get in.
As the car started to move, Ferdinand looked out the window to see what the city they were in looked like, which, although not as developed as the capitals of other World Powers, had its own beauty, in constant evolution, very reminiscent of Bucharest.
"When we go to the Dacian Embassy, I'll talk to the local Ambassador and tell him that we should make trade agreements with Santa Cruz, we're already starting with the Caribbean Confederation, so let's just extend it to Santa Cruz as well, giving us profits and pissing off the Muricans" Ferdinand said as he looked at Tanya, who listened attentively before nodding her head
"Yes, more trade agreements would benefit the Imperium, but I doubt we'll become one of Santa Cruz's most important trade partners so quickly, currently their biggest trade partners are the Unified States and the Empire, only when the Empire disappears will we perhaps be able to take the position as Second Largest Economic Partner, because let's be honest, there's no way we can become Santa Cruz's BIGGEST economic partner while the U.S. exists thanks to their industrial power" Tanya said seriously, being pragmatic about the situation, which Ferdinand understood and nodded, showing understanding.
"Yes, frankly, this U.S. is on steroids, just like the Empire is basically the Second Reich's Colonial wet dream and the Third Reich's Territorial dream, only extremely unified and still under a Monarchy, while it's good that there are fewer countries to do diplomacy with, it also means that the countries that do exist are a more buffed version of their original counterparts on Earth" Ferdinand said, with him sighing irritably at the end, knowing that he had a lot of work ahead of him.
Tanya, seeing Ferdinand's irritation, didn't know what to say, because she knew he was like this since he saw the newspapers she presented in Cabia involving the Olmec Union.
'He'll calm down after a few days... I hope so... or I'll have to make the dear Fascist Prince snap back to reality with my truncheon' Tanya thought, sighing and hoping that Ferdinand would come to his senses as soon as possible.

In the Imperial Palace, more specifically Cezar's office, we can see a Wild Johan giving a strong knock on his office desk, which caused a small part to crack.
"Is this red scum by any chance trying to start a war?!" Johan asks angrily, Arthur is in the office with him, as well as the Minister of War Razvan Vulcan
"Your Imperial Majesty, I highly doubt they want to start a war right now. From what we've seen in the documents, they just want to reduce the presence of our military on the border. They probably feel threatened by having so many forces from the Dacian Imperial Army and the Legionnaires on the border. Not to mention that the Arbemanian Union State and the Rumeli Republic have also placed more troops under our command on their borders with the Federation, which has led them to take desperate actions." War Minister Razvan said, with a hand on his chin as he thought seriously about the matter, with Arthur nodding, agreeing with what Razvan said.
Hearing this, Johan calms down a bit. He then puts his hands together and starts thinking seriously about what to do in this situation that the Imperium finds itself in.
"We can't reduce the number of troops on the border because that might make the Communists arrogant and try something since they'll have more troops than us, but if we continue to increase our presence on the border, it might make them continue with the plans they had...." Johan asked as he looked seriously at Arthur and Razvan.
"Your Imperial Majesty, I agree with this plan, but it will have to be done carefully because any mistake could cause the Communists to discover our plans and try something against us" Arthur said as he nodded, showing that he agreed with the plan, Razvan doing the same.
"Great, I will contact the Secret Service to help with this operation, from what we found out that Red Scum has started a purge against everything involving Mages, arresting them and taking them to forced labor camps in the Sildberia region, so they have no Mages in their ranks if we use Agents disguised by Magic against them" Johan said as a mischievous smile appeared on his face, knowing that this information, which was very difficult to obtain, was worth its weight in gold.
Thanks to Ferdinand giving some knowledge that he had of how the KGB operated thanks to the little he had learned in his old life about "Secret" Government Organizations, the Imperial Secret Service only had to improve and polish it for it to work.
Also taking into consideration that the Russy Federation had no Mages because of the purges ordered by Dzhugashvili and Loria, showing how incompetent the Federation was, to the point of throwing away a valuable asset simply for ideological reasons.
Yes, some Mages were loyal to the Tsarist Regime and needed to be dealt with, but what about the ones who were not Tsarists? Why simply send them to forced labor camps or be killed on the spot if they could be used by the State? That was their biggest mistake.
A mistake that would cost them dearly, with them needing Mages from the volunteer International Force to have SOME firepower against the Imperial Mages and still not having victories, except for the ground battles against the Empire at the beginning because of the horde mentality of the Russys in releasing hundreds of thousands to the slaughterhouse and the No Step Back Policy coming from the Political Comissars..
