Synopsis
I heard the door opening. "I'm fine Stephanie," I said thinking she was the one that followed me.
"It cute you think my sister cares" I hear Alan voice
"What are you doing here," I asked him annoyed
"Oh just doing someone a favour," he said as Xavier walked in behind him.
I was alarmed as to why they were both here "what do you want" I asked both of them getting up.
"You're in my room," Xavier said as he locked the door behind him. Making me more alarmed.
"I'm sorry I didn't know, I can leave, " I said not wanting to anger him.
I made my way to the door but Alan grabbed me "not so fast sweetheart" he said holding my arm.
"Please let me go" I begged them. I didn't know what they were planning but I knew they were up to something.
"Why would we do that" Xavier said walking to me and stroking my collarbone making me shiver.
Vanessa morales just moved to town. Shy, smart and quiet girl planned to spend most of her high school life hidden. But some how ended up at the cheerleader tryouts and the school bad boy blackmailing her. She tired her best to stay away from him but he wasn't letting her go. She didn't know he had plans for her.
He has been waiting for this days for years, waiting for her to return. Of course she didn't remember him (he never forgot her), that didn't bother him cause he knew she belonged to him. He would do anything to make her stay this time.
One party and her life is ruined.

I have been reading a lot of reviews and everyone has just been saying that this book is great.... Although I'm just some chapters into the book, but why is no one emphasizing on the fact that they were sick... Vanessa was raped, yes, at the beginning, there is no other word to describe what happened between them, she was raped and the fact that most people fail to realize that shocks me... And the most annoying fact was that Vanessa started giving into Xavier, that is so SICK!!! There's no way of justifying that .... It was so creepy when i started realising that the author was actually going to bring the two together... Thank God it's just a work of fiction, if it were to be real life, something like this can never happen... Falling in love with someone that blackmailed you into a sexual activity? 😡... And the reason for the blackmail was so not tangible... Vanessa could have easily filed a case against Xavier, or at least spoken to her father about it.. she was freaking raped for crying out loud... And nothing can change that fact no matter how much the author tries to paint and resculpture the image we have of Xavier... And to top it all, she started liking his touch... His touch should have been repulsive to her... To be honest, I got really angry while reading this... Because I felt like what is the author trying to show or portray... Books despite being works of fiction should have a level of realism to it and moral to it but sorry to say, this book didn't have it... I'll continue reading it but nothing can change our minds towards how their relationship started😪
Since day 1 of reading this I've been hooked!!!! I hope there's an update SOON!!!!!!!!!! This story is by far hands down one of my favorites and definitely will be telling my friends about it

Stand up and around of applause for the writer she deserves it. The synopsis was a trap but believe me when I say the plot is more interesting than what it seems to be and I can say the writer gave her very best for that. There’re errors but I didn’t mind it coz it’s kinda understandable PLUS I think the writer has to do a Book II coz I found the ending short and I wanted more!. Please.😭

Xavier’s personality is special i mist say. Xavier is so bipolar and rude at times but on the other hand he can be a big softie. This book is amazing. Well done author 👍🏽

A definite must read! At first I thought it would be a typical cliche love story between the ML and FL. Nope! I was totally wrong. This story is something else entirely and I LOVE IT!!! It keeps getting better and better as the story progresses. You will definitely need to have plenty of snacks on hand for this gem. Keep up the great work author! I LOVE your work 😍😘
