"Governor! The Federal Academy is under attack by an unknown group. Can't you send the police to investigate the situation?" An old man and several other representatives asked the governor who was sitting on his lofty seat.

The bald governor's eyes flickered, as if he had no intention to face the problem. After thinking of an excuse, he slowly answered, "Oh... you've misunderstood. That was just the academy's spontaneous battle drill. They've already informed me yesterday..."
