Chapter 22: Hunted, Lucky, and Most Venomous
Lizzy lifted her body up and then stretched like a dog early in the morning, she looked at the map and the hunters seem to be converging on one single area which baffled her compared to the scattered inmates, the group of grouped hunters were much more dangerous.
Lizzy would now have to keep an eye on the grouped yellow dots as she hunted, she looked at the orange dots and found a close one, she got out of the cave and started her journey, this was also the perfect time to ask the system something that was baffling her.
"System the acids I used on that inmate seem to be quite strong why is that?"
"Host as the hosts organs improves and strengthen, the hosts acid would also grow stronger, it uses the same logic as a humans metabolism growing as they grow older"
"Okay I won't question that then since I got an answer"
Lizzy was walking closer and closer on the orange dot to target a new inmate and she hoped it was her granny's murderer, but considering her luck she didn't have high hopes.

"So what is this meeting about? that you have to wake me up last night and didn't give me a wink of shut eye" Byron.
The man was Byron vakovich, a man from he Eurasian empire, he wielded a rather standard hunting rifle with little to no modifcations, he was a connoisseur of non-modified equipment, he wore a black vest that had pockets for ammo and he had a scar on his rather intimidating face.
"Mr.Byron chill for a bit, there's nothing wrong with getting awoken by two beautiful ladies~" William.
"I have not found any inmates yet and now I'm here on a meeting with randoms" Jonathan.
"Hey kid don't be so chill I feel that they aren't here to play games with us and they mean business" Eric.
"Where are the other two?" Kim.
"Died a silent death due to some sort of attack, their throats were slit clean, I found their bodies without their weapons, those two were classics of this contest and I remember they were master hunters with modified rifles and suppressors, them dying could only mean they were ambushed and I don't believe it was the inmates, I found footprints that could not be formed from the prisoners shoes" Byron.
"Sh*t before we could congregate they had already began to hunt us as well" Ren.
"Hunt us?" Byron, Jonathan, Eric, and William questioned in unison.
"Remember that creature sent to us on our phones? it seems it was a rather unique creature of the island and the government of our countries and fatty Chu wants it, I believe fatty Chu has deployed his special squad to hunt it and us" Kim.
"Well if they're hunting us why don't we show them our true skills hehe" Eric says with a rather ominous smile.

Lizzy walked to the spot and found that the inmate was numb from a snake bite and the snake was now slowly moving away from him, Lizzy didn't want it to leave because it was hard to find a snake that was not native to the island, she spat numerous fantasy acid and a line that warned the snake to not cross and even fired a single shot to the dying inmate to kill steal.
Lizzy focused on the snake to know what it was since she doest have snake knowledge except for the newly acquired Burmese python and that snakes are dangerous, the snake was brownish light green in color with its scales edge having the color black.

Lizzy looked at the snake 2 meter long snake that was looking at her, warning her to not come near it, she slowly got near the body and kept eye contact with the snake, she arrive beside the body few seconds later and she then added it to her inventory.
Lizzy stared at the snake and then made her most dangerous decision, she spat limitless amounts of fantasy acid on the snake and the entire area, the snake feeling alarmed by the sudden vibrations from her spitting, immediately attacked her and was splashed by the on the face causing some to get into its eyes, it pulled its head back and hissed loudly it tried to escape and was using its tongue, but acid dripped on its tongue and melted it.
"Did I make the right choice?"
The snake shook its head and tried to escape to who knows where, Lizzy didn't want that and bit the snakes tail, she then spun around and moved closer to a tree where she kept on spinning, letting the snakes head slam again and again on the tree.
