He had promised that he would get in touch with them and tell them about Lin Fan's offer.

If he was able to gather all of them under Mu Bao Bao, then it would be another trump card that she would be able to use in the future.

Though it wouldn't be considered that powerful since they were only from these smaller cities around the Mu Empire. They weren't that strong compared to those from the sects, but it was still a good card to have.

It would mean that outside forces wouldn't be able to stir up internal problems with the Mu Empire.
