Chapter 1: Who Is She?
Once upon a time, there was a sorceress. Her name was Fern. She lived in a magical land called Spellsmith with her mother, Sorceress Lisa, her father, Lebidirr, and her older sister, Sorceress Sapphire. Fern was a very kind, and very wise sorceress. She was an expert in potions, spells, and even magical creatures.
She knew how to pick the freshest Ticusps for a Poison Potion, the perfect way to cut Expicums so they produced the most powder, how to tame a Cronkyplek, and more. Even with all of her knowledge, she still had a lot to learn. Not in terms of magic, but in terms of control and the proper mindset while using magic.
She also lives in fear. Her classmates hurt her, and other people teased her for being a 'know-it-all'. She never spoke back, and tried to be as calm as possible. People thought she was very brave, so a few friends grew to fear her, combined with their jealousy of her.
When she was 13 years old, her friends, now fiends, played a cruel trick on her. They led her to a mysterious and ancient cave, which she was intrigued by, until they covered the cave opening with a giant rock. She eventually went out, but was full with vengeance.
Her family convinced her to not get revenge, as it is bad. She listened to them, but finally broke at 20 years old. She now was old enough to be a Mature Witch. Though she wanted to continue education until she was officially a sorceress like her sister and mother, but she reconsidered. She thought about what happened the past years. She wanted to quit school.
