KIERAN
I followed Edwina as she ran out of the hospital, heart racing in my chest.
When I got to the hospital and found Edwina unconscious and in shock, my initial reaction had been panic.
My son had been kidnapped and the mother of my child, the woman I loved more than life itself, was in shock from the news.
Fear tightened around my neck like a noose, and I struggled to breathe.
"You have to call Amelia. Save your son. Save Edwina too, please," Harriet was saying to me, her words laced with the unmistakeable tinge of worry.
Her words pierced through the panic induced fog in my head, and I immediately placed a call to Amelia.
Only for that bitch to smugly tell me that she would talk to only Edwina, and no one else.
I had almost lost my shit when she said that, and I was explaining what she said to Harriet and Juliette when Edwina stumbled out of the hospital room.
