Besides, it's one of your people and fiance or not, I'm still technically an outsider so people will talk about you if I start ordering your people around before I've even done the three bows¹ with you." She picked up her cup of tea again and proceeded to sip on the contents.

Rong Jian wrinkled his brows. "I don't care how they talk about me."

"Well, I do and so does your family. Anyways, it's your people and you should know the most about them so you deal with it. Also, send some food to my place without her seeing it. Xue Lang is hungry and so am I." She said as she finished her tea.

"Wait, you said you know who it was. I need to know so I can check into her properly." Rong Jian notified her as she got up.

"The Head Maid's Assistant." She replied as she cracked open the door and leapt back onto the roof.
