Her gaze involuntarily shifted to her husband, Alexander Preston. She had gotten up past 6 o'clock, and it was already almost nine now. If Alexander had come here after she left the house and worked with Joseph Thompson, they could have moved Jaylene Ziel away in advance.

"Raine, let's go," Alexander half pushed and half pulled Raine Thompson out of the room, and then closed the door with a slap.

"Was it you?" Raine immediately confronted her husband in the corridor after leaving the room.

"Raine, this is a public place," Alexander reminded her, "Do you want us to argue here?"

Raine realized that there were people in the corridor and that it wasn't a place to argue. She immediately shut up and allowed Alexander to pull her towards the elevator.
