After leaving the room where the Fountain of Life was, they had a decision to make.

Should they use the stairs, which is easily the fastest way to get out of the hospital, or the metal pipe, which could prove to be problematic.

The children most likely won't be able to climb it since there isn't a proper foothold to use for climbing.

''What are the other doors for?'' Isaac asked from Peter.

Peter gulped and pointed at the second door, ''That's storage for the painting equipments.'' Then he pointed at the fourth door and continued, ''That's her sleeping quarter.''

Isaac grimaced and was now certain that there were only two paths, which leads out of the underground.

He glanced at the pistol in his hand and grabbed it tighter, ''Alright... Let's use the stairs, but everyone... Be as quiet as possible.''

The children nodded, and some even wanted to return to the cage; they would at least be safe there from the evil lady.
