Chapter 1: That Strange Street
We were lying on the soft green grass. I was looking in her eyes and she was looking in my eyes. We had no tension about the world ahead us just thinking about ourselves and nothing else.
There was no one or nothing as far as one could see just soft green grass.
I put my fingers on her soft pink lips, she smiled then I smiled.
BUT THEN SHE SAID, "Wake up Rohan it's 6:00am get ready for school."
I looked from the tiniest crack of my eyes and there was my mom trying to wake me up.
She said, "wake up Rohan. Do you want to get late for school."
Then she leaved my room and I went to school.
You know school is the most meaningless place for us kids. Like they just literally make us read a book which we can read by ourselves. Now that's another thing that we don't but we can, so there's no need for it, just close them.
And as always school was pretty normal for me those same teachers talking about something that I don't remember now! You know the majority of our class is actually girls but still I don't really find any of them attractive! And for the girls that I did found to be attractive are not really my type like there's not just the looks to see you know.
Ah so there was I doing completely normal things getting late for school! Eating food, playing games, watching T.V, and chatting a little and after all that going for cycling as usual. Nothing new, until I found a new street while cycling. I mean I drive my bicycle there everyday but I never saw that street.
I went there in the street in hope of finding something interesting but I didn't really found anything interesting just some shops temples and house of people.
But as I was going from there suddenly everything disappeared my bicycle that place and my bicycle! And now I was standing in a forest type place with many trees in there and a path made up by footsteps.
I was like WHAT! "What just happend? Where did everything go?"
But instead of just grieving and crying on what just happend there, I went forward in hope of some answers and just after some minutes of walk I found a lake.
It had very clear water in it. The water was so clear that I could literally see through. I drank some water from it and it was very fresh and sweet. I was just standing there and washing my face when a girl just my age (atleast she looked like it) came with two pots on either side of her stick on her neck. She was staring at me very strangely. She came inside the lake and was filling her pots.
I said "hey hello, do you know this place?"
She said "don't you? It's maracuja."
And untill then she had filled both of her pots and when she was leaving,
I said, "those pots looks really heavy do you want me to lift them for you?"
She smiled wickedly and handed over me those pots.
I wasn't very sure if did the right thing and indeed I didn't. Those pots were as heavy as tons of weight I just couldn't beloeve how was she lifting them but still to remain my reputation (especially in front of her) I just went with her.
She asked me, "You don't seem to be from here. Where do you live?"
I knew that if I told her really what have happened to me then she wouldn't believe me so I just made some stories (at which I was best at)
I said, "oh no! Absolutely not I'm from meanderspace. Which is really far away from here."
She said "that's really a place."
"Yeah there are all types of name in the world." I said.
She said "then why will anyone come this far. Are you in search of someone or something?"
"Oh no, not really. Like you know I just wanted to travel around the world." I said.
"Whoa! Travel around the world don't you fear any kings?" She said
"Kings! Pfff who's afraid of them?" I said.
"Who's not" she said.
"By the way you never told me your name. Soooo what's your name?" I asked.
"Did you" she said
" how rude can one be" I thought.
"Sorry I couldn't hear your name." She said
" its Rohan. Call me ron for short." I said
"Rohan is short. Why will I want something even shorter." She said
I remain silent and was waiting for to tell me her name. But perhaps she too was waiting for an answer from me because she didn't said anything and I didn't wanted to ask her again ( mostly because of her rudeness).
Then we reached her house and when we reached there,
she said "put these pots there, by the kitchen and now you can leave"
I was like WHAT! Atleast you could have asked me for tea woman. I caried your tons of water.
And I was just leaving when she said...
