After the fireworks, the participants were given 30 minutes to use the restroom before they had to stay in their tents to rest. It was a cold night as the campsite was located near a forest an hour away from the city.
40 minutes in, the organizers were asked to go around to check if there were any juniors wandering around outside their tents. Fein and Claire got the part to patrol first and then replaced by the rest of the committee.
Each of them carried a flashlight to see who was still outside their tents. The two of them walked around the campground area while shining their flashlights in various directions. The atmosphere was so quiet and only the sound of insects could be heard, making the campsite feel tense.
However, neither Claire nor Fein felt afraid of that. They continued to go around checking which tents still had their lights on. If there were any, they would tell the occupants to turn off their lights and go to sleep.
