Chapter 2: Being enlisted
"Hakumi are you here." the doctor said . Then Hakumi opens his eyes then suddenly replies "what happened?" "You passed out." The doctor replies. The Hakumi suddenly passes out he has a nightmare about the day he lost his family. Then wakes up abruptly. "Hey doc where do I enlist in the army." " Well first how old are you Hakumi." "I'm 18 years old"
" Alright." the doctor says "When you go out take a left move on for 2 blocks then turn right and there should be an enlistment post for you." Hakumi gets up saying that he feels better but he really doesn't feel better. Then follows where the doctor told him to go.
He enters the building that was there and the recruiter asked him "Are you enlisting and how old are you?" Hakumi replied with a " yes and I am 18 years old." "So long will it take to enlist in the army?" Hakumi shoots back the question. "About 2 hours depending on your strength." the enlisted replies instantaneously.
Hakumi starts the strength test that the enlisted told him about and had just barely got over the strength score for 25 points. "So then from this day you are apart of the army of Japan." The Instruter yelled " You will follow my orders to the end until I tell you even if you die" The Instruter yelled even louder than the last time.
Hakumi was actually quite scared of how loud that it was yelled that he passed out on the floor. Then woke up. Then the brutal training started first with 1 thousand pushups and sit ups. Not even into the tens of sit ups Hakumi started to puke his guts out of at least that's how much he puked.
The Instructor started yelling at "Are you some 2 year old kid huh Hakumi come you shouldn't be puking like this. I guess this is what you get from weakling like you." He tried to say some thing but started to puke. Then everyone started to laugh at time because he was weak unlike everyone else.
Once those days were over they started on swords. " Hakumi asked what are these?" Then everyone started laughing and Hakumi was getting nervous "ITS A SWORD. YOU USE IT TO CUT PEOPlE." The Instructor said slowly and loudly. "What did you not go to school?" All the other people said while laughing at him. Once that day was over Hakumi was ready to go to sleep but was jumped on and was bleeding by the time he got back then passed out from losing to much blood.
