I went straight to the office where the meeting is being held, getting there my husband was already there with Douglas and I joined them while we waited for the supposed client.. Twenty minutes later a lady and a man walked in and from their dressing I can tell the lady is the client we're waiting for she's 10 minutes late and the aura around her speaks authority and seduction, who's she trying to impress I thought inwardly and rolled my eyes at her,she shook hands with Damien and Douglas and skipped me maybe because I was pregnant and her next words were who's she cause I'm just seeing her for the first time,it was Douglas who replied she's the managing director of our branch.. okay was all she said, please sit Damien said and we all sat down to start the meeting, sorry I'm late had few things to sort out at the office but I'm sure Damien wouldn't mind right?the lady said and Damien acted like he didn't care but rather he said kindly let me do the proper introduction here this is Mrs Arianna ,Rian this is Miss Grace from betatech technology she's one of our top clients and a very big fan of mine and her assistant Mr Nicholas whom Damien pointed to just to have the man nod his head in recognition and Grace just smiled at Damien's words which sounds sarcastic and I know it,I'm yet to get the clearer picture of what's going on between my husband and Grace but I'm sure Damien ain't comfortable around her but has no choice since she's a potential client of ours,so the meeting began and instead of focusing on why we're at meeting this silly Grace decided to pick on me,hummm Damien from what I know so far I don't think it's appropriate to have a pregnant woman sit at a gathering like this and what kind of man allows his wife to work,from Damien's look I can see he's angry about her comment and Douglas had to quickly cut in before things get messy cause my hormones are a little bad and I can't fight ugly with that woman especially now that I feel overprotective of my man..Hummm miss Grace the doctor advise she works as a means of exercise and her husband is in support ,hmmm was all she said..Can we focus on the reason why we are here today miss Grace Damien said and she just looked at her wrist watch and said well it's nothing serious though it's just a new tech we re implementing and I wanted to share it with you so you can know how to audit and prepare the finances involved as soon as possible but I think you and I can have the discussion over dinner tonight and with that being said she stood up wanting to take her leave only for Damien to stop her with his words saying my night is booked already so it's better if we talk here and she smiled sarcastically and said don't think the occupant will be important as I am to you right Damien?and was at the door about to step out when Damien said again I forget to introduce Mrs Arianna in full I don't need to know was her short reply well she has my night and other nights booked Damien said and that stopped Grace on her tracks she turned round and the look on her face was murderous and she looked at me with so much hatred and said I don't know you now eat out with other men's pregnant wife now ,and Damien laughed at her words and said I don't need other men's wife cause she is my wife and the child in her womb belongs to me
