Looking down at her teary eyes I sighed inwardly with my hand on her shoulder I spun her around to face me. Grabbing one hand I pulled her away from the crowd. I felt her reluctance as I tugged her through the crowd but she kept walking I didn't give her much of a chance to stop moving anyway. Pulling her forward I let go of her hand when she stood before me. "Why did you do that?" She asked, her eyes narrowing at me.

"Are you going to tell me what the hell is going on?" I asked.

Isabelle looked away, blinking rapidly her attention returning to me after my question. "What?"

"what exactly is the relationship between you and your uncle?"

She frowned, "what is it to you? Why do you care?"

"Because no matter how much I detest this you and I are attached, and I just overcame one scandal but my company and I are not ready for another."
