What it means to be overpowered

A young man, all that is most ordinary Dies accidentally. Consumed by the regret of not having been able to do anything, he is reincarnated in another world with wishes that have been granted to him. But after being reincarnated wonders what is his purpose in this world and what will his power serve him ? Why was he allowed to have those powers ? He will travel and answer all these questions one by one.
