Chapter 128: I Hate Her

"Are you sure you want to do this now?" Aaron asked Riven. They were in front of Karyn's apartment unit.

"Well, why not. You said we have to get this over with as soon as possible, right." Riven said.

"Yeah... but... maybe you need some time to... calm down." Said, Aaron

Riven looks emotional, Aaron is just worried that Riven will get out of control. Aaron also wanted this to be resolved as soon as possible. Someone threatens Mai, he can't let that happen but he tries to control himself. After all, Karyn is his friend and Karyn occupies a special place in Riven's heart. Aaron restrained himself from looking at Riven, he purposely let Riven solve this problem.

"I'm fine. Aren't you worried? She's threatening to kill people, Ron! What if she did?" Riven said.

Aaron was silent.

"I can't believe your reaction is this calm... I thought you---" Riven said haltingly.
