Chapter 17: Car Chaser Never Gives Up (Chapter 17)

In the previous Chapter 16,

Adeline drives off the tunnel and at the speed of light they reach a place that looks similar to the mansion Robert previously stayed in. This mansion looks somehow different.

Adeline drove inside the mansion's underground carpark. She gets off the car.

Adeline walks over and presses the wall button. She walks towards a screen and looks at the surrounding map of the house.

Adeline presses on the screen and zooms in to check where the car chaser is.

Adeline pressed on the screen to shield the mansion from visible intruder invasion.

Robert is amazed at the technology and it's so advanced that it seems like in the novel only storytelling would have this.

Adeline sits on the chair and she asks Robert to sit on the chair beside her.

Adeline says, "Do you know how to control this?"

"No, I have never seen in my life this type of technology and it must be expensive."
