As she laid there, blood gushing out of her body she uttered her last desire »Let us meet in another life, grow up together, get married and spend the rest of our days together... Let.. me..« remember you even after death.

I was taking a walk, listening to my playlist I made after I finished reading a fantastic book. I brought my pangelum and I let it guide me through the unknown woodland. After some time passed I decided I've arrived to my aimless destination. There was a house, a rather strange house for this setting.
It had this beautifully arranged garden in front of it and the house itself looked like someone lived in it.
Something about this residence seemed... familiar? I don't consider myself stupid, but I went in...
something was pulling me in to be more precise.
I stood in front of residence's doors for a moment and even as I was opening them, it felt as though this was my home?
Weird.
The house was rather small, but it had all the essentials a house should have. An entrance, little kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. When you first step into the house you will met with a place adorned with decoration and plants I didn't recognise.
Just a few steps further you will be met with a little kitchen and right across of it was a bathroom.
Bathroom included a rather large bathtub, above it was a shelf full of shampoos and other things the owner seemed to use I didn't recognise. On the left side stood a sink, above it a mirror that seemed to be violently smashed.
Someone had a bad day.
Once you stepped out of bathroom there was a door to your right, the last room. A bedroom.
It was larger than the other rooms, I suppose there were more people living here. The room seemed to be nothing special, yet something about it seemed agonizing to my heart thus I begun shedding bitter tears.
Above a king sized bed, a painting was hung. Even thru my weeping eyes I could recognise a person lavishly painted portrait of two women, two wives, me and her. Her who I seemed to forget over this few years. My one and only, my beloved Rosé.
How can I forget the person I shared this home with, our home. I stood there, baffled. How can I forget my wife, how can I forget where I live, how could I, how… But where is she?
"Rosé! Where are you?! ROSÉ??" I screamed in agony, I seemed to be forgetting something… thought I couldn't remember what I was supposed to recollect.
Out of nowhere a tune, a familiar one started to play seemingly out of who knows where and I seemed to be coming out, from our portrait? I pulled myself together and stepped onto the bed and in front of the picture. I took a deep breath, I grasped our painting and as I was taking it off of the wall I saw a passageway. I took another deep breath and started crawling into to the unknown.
The passage was rather short but it was quite spacious. I easily crawled thru it. What awaited me at the end of a passage way was another room, it seemed to be a secret hideout we made for ourselves.
My heart was still in turmoil yet this room made me feel a bit happier. In front of me stood a desk and on it a letter.
Oh god.
nothing just, meow. it my first short story, hope you like it :D
