Chapter 12: City part two
hour latter
Ezra and Shiro were looking for a truck-like car and finally found one on construction place behind a gate that was opened. It was not a surprise as many leave places in chaos. They made it inside but the doors of the truck were locked.
"Stay here I will go check in office barack" Ezra makes his way to look for Keys.
He opened the doors and made slow walk inside and on pure instinct jumped back when the metal staff almost hit him but then he heard metal on the roof he aimed up seeing boy in half mask and hood with a bow aiming at him from inside walked other boy in same clothes with metal rod and his eyes where red with black whites.
'Ghool' Though Ezra
"Lower gun or I will shoot you if not my brother will tear you to pieces" Threatened boy on the roof but at remark Ezra saw some unease at ghoul boy posture but he stayed determined.
"Oh really?" Smirked Ezra under mask when red dot showed on the archer face as he looked from where it goes there was Shiro aiming from behind of mask of Track .
Archer lost some of his arogance from before knowing he would not dodge it on an open roof. Ezra in the same moment connected eyes with ghoul boy and his own eyes changed to that of a ghoul smirk only grew on his face seeing boy disbelieve and fear at this moment.
"We are fucked brother" Said boy to Archer who also looked back at Ezra and saw what he meant his eyes winded as well.
"Shit"
"Shit indeed what that was about tearing me apart? ahah" Chuckled Ezra
"I will give you one time deal if your ghoul brother wins against me in melee you can live if not you die how about it?" Asked Ezra feeling excited at fighting with other of the same kind.
Archer had bad feelings but don't have many options at the moment as if he declined they will die anyway.
"I will do it brother" Said Ghoul boy and go out of the office on building ground in front. Archer go down and drops his bow and knife Shiro stands behind him.
Ezra left his guns on the bench and took of BF vest and BF mask living Sweatpants/shirt and half mask then took two knives spinning them with a smirk his sharp cannis hidden under mask.
Fight started Ghoul boy was fast and strong spinning metal rod that get deflected each time by Ezra who knows from the start it is a losing game for boy it was seen he was fit but not as good build as Ezra lesser ghoul state that boys show only duble users body abilities and make faster healing. Higher states will reform body to accommodate more power like reinforcing bones itp.
Ezra started going faster and slower making it dificult to read his moves as he changed the rhythm
of the fight more and more cuts and bruises showed on boys body from slashes and kicks. Ezra made deeper cuts than on humans but no deep enough to be life-threatening.
Kick made its way to boy's leg making him fall on knee then knee goes into his chest from the front that made him fly 3 meters away and role on the ground
his weapon was now in Ezra's hands as he spined it and attacked again. Boy felt big pain in all body but still tried to stand again and again. He knows his defeat means death to his brother. Ezra was watching boy struggling to stand once again blood was seeping from his body but in eyes was only
determination this time punch went into his gut making him cough more blood and fall but tried stand again but failed each time as his body couldn't move anymore his brother just mumbled with watery eyes it was his fault and that he is sorry to his bloodyed brother.
Ezra moved to his bag and took out a little medic freezer and returned to boy then took out Blood Bag held boys head up and start pouring contents inside of his mouth boy drank as if he were thirsty for days but it was simply a reaction of his new body when wounded bust in regeneration is made by blood burning that is why he feels big need for it. Then Ezra bandaged him.
"Why" Whispered boy his hand grabbed Ezra's leg
"Because your loyalty to your companion is something that I respect. You two will live but also if you wish you can join us" Said Ezra and moved to take his gear and start looking for keys in the meantime brothers had serious talk.
When Ezra go out with the keys they already stood before truck waiting.
"We will join you" Said archer that shocked Ezra as he thought there will be bad emotions for him
"Why? After what I did to him you should be angry" Ezra must ask
"Ehhh I can't be angry at you only on myself I was one that made plan to ambush you and take gear and we should pay for it with live you spared us and even
gave blood to my brother and bandaged him only what I'm feeling is gratitude" Said Archer with head low
"I agreed to that not torture yourself about it brother. And my own answer is the same as my brother's but with one more point you are first like me and I would rather join you who understand" Said Ghoul boy
"Hahah if that so then welcome in group I'm Ezra this is Shiro" Said Ezra gesturing after to Shiro who just wave at them with smile.
"Thank you I'm Kamil and this is Blake" Said archer and gesture to ghoul boy beside him.
