Mayeux tell him that all the reforms that Aeryon proposed is ingenious.
But if one employed all of these reform at the same time what would happen to the tribe would be division.
Why?
Because the personnel needed to enact these reform is not yet born.
Aeryon think about it and he had to admit that Mayeux was right. If you created a factory you need factory workers.
But if everyone was all used to being a labourer in mines, a fruit picker in plantation, a fisherman that fish, a servant that handles miscellaneous stuff, how could they learn to become a factory worker in just a few days.
What Mayeux was telling him was that, you have to give people time.
Things that only affect you personally and did not touch other people interest could be reform quickly.
Things that changes society and culture, needed to take time.
