Chapter 14: ○_○ Surprise!
"Hello, wandering soul! \^0^/"
A female robotic voice was sounded in the room.
Feng Xiaoxi didn't budge.
This programmed laptop can speak, huh?
"Hello, wandering soul! \^0^/"
Another lively voice came out from the laptop.
It's so annoying.
"Hello, wandering soul! \^0^/"
Hearing the laptop calling her wandering soul again and again, she's not really use to it and it is weird.
"Wandering soul, really? Just call me Xiaoxi."
"Eh? but that's weird. That's how I call my former master. >_<' "
"Whatever, just call me Xi."
"Your wish is my command, xi! ^0^/"
Feng Xiaoxi look at the closed laptop beside her. Its logo have light coming from it. Shining at the dark space.
She sighed.
Looks like I have to remove the battery, if I want peace in the future.
She closed her eyes again wanting to continue her rest.
"Xi, what do you want to do today?>.>"
"Sleep."
"Okay sleep, w-what? sleep? ○_○"
Pfffft
Listening to the surprise laptop, it's indeed funny.
Imagine the surprised robotic voice of it.
"Mmmm"
"O-okay. >_<' " The voice stammered.
The light of the logo dimmed.
Not long after, soft snores can be heard in the room filling the peaceful silence. The sun started to shine and show its power.
Rays escaped from the curtains that hanged on the glass walls on the terrace drawing a wonderful artwork.
If someone gaze down from the terrace a beautiful sight of a garden filled with lovely flowers awaits them, some maids were there cleaning and removing the dry leaves that scattered on the ground and others are cutting the plants branches and leaves to form a shape.
The fragrance from the flowers lingers in the air, seducing the nose of the person nearby.
Footsteps can be heard coming near Feng Xiaoxi was heard. Someone are light and the others are heavy.
They discuss with each other as they walk nearing their destination, Feng Xiaoxi's room.
"Dr. Han, our sister is not feeling." Feng Renan said looking at the old doctor.
"What's the matter?" Dr. Han asked the Two brothers wanting to gave more detailed information.
"She said that she's feeling dizzy and light-headed yesterday." Feng Xilan explained while they're walking.
"Why? What happened yesterday? I've heard about the news of her trying to commit suicide." Dr. Han asked with a tinge of worry in his voice, his eyebrows knitted.
"We actually don't know what's going on inside her head, right now."
"She's not acting like herself at all."
They reached the room and Feng Renan knocked on the door.
"Xiao-er, it's us your brothers and we have Dr. Han with us."
They hear no reply.
"We're going in." Feng Renan twisted the doorknob and pushed the door.
His eyes scanned the room and found his sister sound asleep on the bed.
"Please." Feng Xilian gestured at the doctor to go inside the room first.
"Thank you." The doctor came inside, Feng Xilian followed, Feng Renan came in last and closed the door.
They headed towards the bed and heard soft snores coming from Feng Xiaoxi.
When they reached the bed Feng Xilian noticed something really precious to him on the bedside table.
His eyes widened.
