In the not-so-distant future, humanity's age-old dream of space travel turns into a nightmare when an advanced alien race, the Charybdae, emerges from the Proxima Centauri system. The United Human Front (U.H.F.) forms in a desperate attempt to resist the relentless invasion, with young soldier Nathan Rodriguez caught in the midst of the chaos.

As Earth's colonies fall one by one, Nathan encounters a mysterious entity on Mars that offers him help with the war, in exchange for Nathan's loyalty. Is the offer truly too good to be true? Or is there more to it?
